I got a quote of $10,000 from rotorooter. Called a couple of places recommended on Next Door, both quoted about $2000. Then I got the recommendation from chat GPT for Affordable Drain. They quoted $200, Cody came out and fixed it, and it has worked great ever since. I waited a month before posting this to make sure the fix really worked. I've added them to my contact list under Plumber so I never lose their number. It was a plug in our private sewer line 40 feet from the house.

Purchased a Bosch Benchmark induction range in December 2023. After the appliance failed, Bosch directed multiple service visits over approximately six months. Based on their technician’s diagnosis, I purchased a replacement control board. The appliance remained nonfunctional after installation and was ultimately declared irreparable.

Despite the failed Bosch-directed repair process and extended loss of use, resolution has been limited to a discounted replacement offer rather than full remediation.

Disappointed with how this situation was handled given the premium positioning of the Benchmark line.

I feel very fortunate that I luckily picked Constant Appliance in Poway to repair my Kitchen Aid refrigerator. The owner of this company is very competent and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to call him again for any repairs of my appliances.

Technician literally spent 10 minutes looking at what I told him another repairman already told me was broken. He said it would be $725 to fix. He wanted to charge me $458 for a $200 part and $220 labor for a $900 machine. I decided that was way too much so I was charged $90 for basically nothing.

Konstantin was excellent! Arrived just ahead of time, worked quickly, and returned our dryer to full working order. Very happy!

Alexander was able to restore the cooling function of our refrigerator very quickly and easily. He identified the problem within very short time and had the tools to address it. I very much appreciate their willingness and ability to provide same-day service. I know who to call in the future.

They didn't make a professional inspection. The man said that he needed something that was in his car to verify better my refrigerator. Then he just came back the note saying that the problem was the termostat and that the part cost was $313.80 plus $150 of labor and even I had to pay $89.95 for his visit.
A new unit like this cost $190 in average.

I won't recomend it.

I should have checked the other one-star reviews before calling Constant Appliance Service. I originally reached out for a repair in Julian, and they told me it was outside their service area, which I understood. Later, they called back and said they’d come for a higher trip fee. I agreed, and we scheduled for that evening.

I called before 5 PM to confirm, and they reassured me they were coming—the technician was supposed to call when on the way. They never showed. The next morning, after multiple attempts to reach them, I was finally told they had decided **not** to come after all. The woman I spoke with was short and dismissive, making it seem like I was the problem for being out of their area, despite them offering the service in the first place.

Unprofessional, unreliable, and rude. If you're considering calling them, take a moment to read the other one-star reviews first. I’m clearly not the only one with this experience.
