When I called and explained the issue with my dishwasher, I could have been told what to do. The agent came by and said all you need to do is run the dishwasher a couple more times and the soap foam or bubbles will go away. He left; it worked but $98.???? B

There was a leak in my Bosch dishwasher that was causing a mess in the kitchen. They came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and immediately corrected it. Now it's completely dry and operating like new. Very professional and easy to work with.

He repaired my refrigerator & cleaned up, saving me from having to purchase a new refrigerator. Very happy with this service edit: refrigerator quit working a week later, buying a new refrigerator today.

Alex arrived as scheduled and assessed the problem. Dryer wouldn’t heat, and would not turn off unless it was unplugged. Alex diagnosed a faulty electronic module that needed to be replaced/rebuilt. Two days later, he arrived on-time with the part and installed it. The dryer now works as it should. No idea if the price was fair or not. It was less than the price of a new dryer, anyway. Clearly, Alex is a professional and he fixed the problem.
