Unclogging a kitchen sink drain seemed like a good `do-it-youself' job to me. Hours later after wrestling with two plumbers snakes and adding boiling water and chemical drain cleaners that failed to do the job, I gave up.

Affordable Drain' Service's tech spent 4.5 hours trying to unclog it. It turns out the drain is a nightmare of horizontal stretches with 90 degree bends perfect for trapping food debris. And it was all filled with dark, sticky sludge that would seal up after a snake passed through it. So, it is no wonder that my own attempts failed! The company owner showed up and using specialty equipment was able to remove many pounds of disgusting goo. Now the drain works fine.

The bill was more than the minimum charge by several fold. But the price was fair for the amount of work, and they got the job done. The owner recommended a simple plumbing modification to add a `clean-out` port and make future maintenance simpler. Our plumber made that change and our drain should be a lot easier to keep running freely. We will use this service the next time our drains need attention.

They took care of us very well. We had an issue with a toilet line not draining properly, and they came to fix it. It clogged again within a few days, so it was clear we also needed a new toilet too, but they came back out to fix it anyway. Highly recommended service and we will call again.

Trash company… they can't make any schedule for their Clinets.. You have to wait all day and after they gonna say sorry that's normal and that happened with our services all the time… rude, unprofessional…
Finally they cancel out appointment because we asked about discount… that's red flag for the company…))))) crazy…

We gonna send claim about our situation to BBB and Contractor Licensing Board…

We’ve used them for the last couple years. We’ve received fair and honest feedback on our mainline to our house and they have the best pricing around. They clean up after themselves like they were never there.

Ordered a New Buyer Home Inspection service. We had an excellent experience with Greg, our technician. He was extremely helpful, his communication was clear and he really knew what he was talking about. The clients had an understanding of the condition of the drains and were able to negotiate repairs based on his report and the USB recording of the camera film of the lines. 5 Stars just isnt enough! These guys saved us on Thanksgiving! All toilets were backing up with a house of 50 people. We called, they showed up within an hour. So I made an appointment with Affordable Drain for them to come out and snake a toilet and shower drain. Kyle and Jesus showed up on time and even called when about 30 min away to let me know they were on the way. Kyle took the time to listen to the issue and to do some investigating, they were very communicative. They offered to wear boot covers so our just cleaned carpets would stay that way. They were fast, efficient, and offered up some great advice as to how to avoid future issues and even pointed out some preventive things we should do to avoid problems down the line. The cost was quoted upfront (which I thought was reasonable) when we made the appointment and nothing changed at end of the appointment, they were right on the money! Definitely a 5 star experience, Thank you Kyle and Jesus!
