Please come and pick up my trash you forgot to pickup Friday. This is the second time you forgot to empty the bin. Instructions pick bin up, then turn upside down. I can show you if it helps.

They close at 430 not 5 and refused to accept my truck even though I checked their website and went by the hours they posted.

Worst trash service there is.. There LUCKY i can't get another trash company. I live in a gated community where they HAVE to use this company.. There unreliable trash service..ALWAYS not picking up trash ALWAYS late to pick up trash then this a.m I guess the new hours are 6 am sharp... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE even customer service HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

They removed my Trash and Recycle bins a week prior to my escrow closing, regardless of the fact that I called them twice to notify them of the date that I will move out. They have missed 2 weeks of pickups in the past too. You be the judge. I am very disappointed.

Well Mon Feb 26 2024 lustened to the recorded message the gor 3 min waited for someone to ANSWER the phone. My time is valuable too. Bad.

Friendly and courteous staff that love talking trash. There's a recycle buyback center for your CRC and the transfer station for your trash, green or construction waste. Much quicker and less expensive than a trip to the landfill in Santee.

Bunch of crooks! Raise rates constantly and blame state and county mandates. I’m sure it plays a role, but them and Edco are the ones who set the rates. Can’t mess with that bottom line so the average customer/citizen has to pay the price for their greed. They are no better than SDG&E!
