Nick done and excellent job cleaning the carpet in my motor home. Went above and beyond with his service. Worth every penny.

They were fabulous! Very hardworking and took a great deal of pride in their work. Didn’t rush in and out, they took 2 1/2 hours and did an absolute thorough job! Very pleased with this husband and wife team.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! Living in a small town, I wanted to Support a local business. I gave this Company a call and the very first question I ask was... Do you clean and reseal Travertine flooring? I was told yes and they would come by and give me a free quote.

The day of the quote the gentleman let me know that he doesn't like to clean travertine. He gave me a speech on why but that he can turn the heat down. He let me know that he could clean the floor but could not reseal it. At this point I should have told him to have a nice day but my kindness got the best of me. He started saying I would pay way more going with anyone else for the same job. The money wasn't the issue I just wanted to support a local business and get the job done. He let me know I could give another company to come out and just have them reseal the floors.The gentleman had a seat and started a conversation with my husband and I about his personal life. I wanted to help him out owning a small business and Support someone local. We made a date and time for him to come out for my floors and also carpet to be cleaned.

The day of the appointment no one showed. Over 40 minutes had past. I messaged to see if anyone was still coming out? I got a reply back with some excuse about picking up chemicals. He ended up arriving about 45 minutes later. He cut his time in half and said It wouldn't take him as long as he planned on.

When the job was finished, we took a look at the carpet and seen several different stains. Of course we got excuses on every different stain that he was unable to remove.

The travertine didnt come out as clean as we thought it would but again... he told us that's as clean as he could get it being that it was dirty.

Our realtor came out to take a look at our house. She wasn't pleased with the carpet because now it had a musky odor and the stains. The travertine did not look clean either and she ask if we could have them cleaned again.

We also had COIT come take a look at our floors to reseal them. They wouldn't do anything with the floors because they were still dirty!
We were on a serious time crunch being that we were moving out of state and these were the last things to get done. COIT offered to clean them at that time and reseal the floors. We had no other Choice but to go ahead and get them done right. They sprayed their cleaning chemical to sit on the floors and I was beyond shocked at what I seen come up from the travertine.

We called SNK and the owner agreed to a 50% refund. He never dropped it off and didn't respond to any of my messages. He finally responded days later. When I let him Know that I didn't mind writing a review on him and letting everybody know what his company is really like dealing with.

He is definitely has many excuses up his sleeve and knows what to say. Not professional when the owner is texting back and forth arguing with customers. Even after agreeing to giving us a 50% refund he then only wanted to give us a $100 refund and saying that he didn't completely agree to 50% refund. The owner also wanted my husband and I to sign a disclosure paper stating that we would not review his Company. After wasted time through text messages and phone conversations, I ended up telling the gentleman to keep his money that I'd rather write a review and let everybody else know so they wouldn't have to go through what we went through!

The Company is a joke and so is the owner! Keep your money and go with a Real Floor Cleaning Company. It was a huge waste of time and $500.

I really love this company they do a outstanding job! Very trustworthy and works really hard to make a difference my carpet looks great and smells great!! Straight heavy duty cleaning done.

This was a last minute carpet cleaning job due to the failure of the "other" company to be able to do the job as scheduled. SNK (Nick) showed up at 3:15, and was done by 5:30. Had a problem positioning his truck, but overcame that problem. Did a great job at a reasonable price. Won't even think of calling anyone else, just SNK.

Have used the company a number of times. They just finished cleaning two couches and two chairs. Carpets were done a month ago. Always one of my most pleasant experiences. If I didn’t have to move so much furniture I’d have them come by monthly. (Smile).
