Let me begin by pointing out that these Elite gentlemen, Nicholas and Julian, were extremely friendly, helpful, and certainly willing to get my requested assignment completed quickly and properly. They’re capacity to be helpful, knowledgeable, professional and efficient, was only matched by they’re eagerness to be respectful and polite. Frankly it was they’re most endearing quality out of what turned out to be many.

My wife, our dog Cosmo and I, stepped away so that the men could do their magic. When we went back (and not much later) to take a look at the finished product, my mouth dropped open. It was hard to imagine these were the same floors. What was once filthy, grey, stained and grimy were transformed to shiny, clean, white and odor free ceramic floors!! Wonderful!

As for pricing, I couldn’t have been happier. After all of the things we had to go through; before, during and after our move from New York City, with various and sundry vendors, it was refreshing to find a team like these Elite men to perform a service at an extraordinary reasonable price: without gouging, errors and significant add-on expenses. In fact, I have more of the same and I can’t think of another company I would reach out to.

Kudos to you, Nicholas and Julian. And kudos to anyone who chooses them for any flooring needs. Like Nicholas told me, he can clean anything that comes in contact with your feet! He wasn’t kidding.

First off, SNL Carpet is fabulous. They do an exceptional job every time. Their customer service goes above all expectations. Nick is a hard worker who loves his job. He makes sure he does everything he can to show how much he cares about his work. He takes pride in providing amazing results for a reasonable cost. SNK does an amazing job. They cleaned our original brick floors in Ramona Senior Lodge and it was amazing to see how much they pulled off the grout to get it back to its original state. I would recommend their work to anyone looking for tile or slate floors, carpet cleaning, upholstery and any other deep cleaning that they offer. Top notch service and no hassle to schedule with them. Very responsive!

My carpet looks brand new again ✨✨. Nick was very professional and on time. He was very thorough and detail oriented which, I loved cuz I’m a clean freak LOL. I’m super happy and my fur babies allergies are seriously way less. So wonderful to walk on clean carpet!! I highly recommend SNK!

Nick and Team did a fantastic job steam cleaning our tile floors. The grout looks like its original color again, the valley portions of the tile's texture are also really well cleaned. We had carpets cleaned and the tile/grout re-sealed. Nick previously cleaned carpet in our rental house too, each time, Nick's attention to detail has produced great results. Thanks Nick & Team!

We used SNK today, Nick came in and gave us an awesome deal, he was an absolute sweetheart. We had deep pet stains and he was able to extract all the dirt out, our 20yrd old carpets look BRAND NEW. Nick was a good and honest dude. Very nice and professional. He did not upsell at any point. He came in and got it done. Even did extra for no charge. My carpets were pretty bad from my 4 dogs and now they look brand new. Uses a truck mounted machine and it does the job and does it well. I literally have nothing even close to bad to say about this experience. Give Nick a try, he will not disappoint.

I had a roommate move out unexpectedly and needed to show the room and get it rented FAST. First step after cleaning the room - get the carpets cleaned. The first guy I called had many excellent reviews on Yelp but was booked up for 5 days. He was kind enough to recommend another carpet cleaning professional. I figured since he was being recommended by this guy he must be good.

Nick called me back within 10 minutes and was able to make the time to come out the next day. Due to my work schedule a friend was going to meet Nick at my house. I ended up having to change the time a couple of times since my friend was called into work. Nick was extremely courteous and able to accommodate the changes without a hint of frustration or irritability. I was able to meet him at my house on my lunch break. What an incredibly NICE guy! As he was setting up, my pit bull was barking non-stop. Nick offered to come in and get to know him a bit so he would be comfortable with him and not bark at him the whole time. He wasn't annoyed at my dog's barking but was worried about my dog being upset. He came in and sat down and, as Nick was petting him and talking to him my dog realized Nick was a friend, not a foe. After a few minutes he went back to work on the room and my dog was happy as a clam.

Nick let me know he provides a 30 day guarantee - so if stains reappear he will come out and take care of them. I had to get back to work and left Nick to finish up, and lock up when he was done. He provided 2 pairs of booties so I could walk across the damp floor when I got home. He also turned the fan on to quicken the process of drying the carpets.
When I got home after work I went in and took a look. I was a little worried as my roommate left several LARGE stains on the carpet. Much to my surprise the spots were ALL GONE and the carpet looked great!

I would strongly recommend Nick to all of my friends and family. He is now my go-to carpet cleaner!

I would recommend SNK Carpet Cleaning to anyone needing their carpets or upholstery cleaned. Nick responded to my call within 10 minutes, scheduled an appointment the same day, and showed up 15 minutes early with a smile and eager to clean. He cleaned 2 large area rugs that have never been cleaned since purchasing 5 years ago. He suggested he could clean the area rugs outside in my driveway to help protect my hard wood floors. He quickly moved the furniture off the rugs, rolled them up and carried them outside. He transformed the rugs to what I think looked better than they were brand new. I was so impressed with the transformation of my rugs, I asked him if I could see what the difference would be if he did the seat cushions to my sofa as well. Without missing a beat, he changed the nozzle and did one cushion to show me the difference. I decided right then and there to have both sofa cushions done as well. He took the time and answered several questions I had, and never made me feel less for asking them. Nick was very professional, and left a lasting impression that he truly cared about my satisfaction and understanding. I will definitely be using SNK again in the future, and I whole heartedly recommend for anyone to give them a try. You will not be disappointed, and wont empty your wallet in the process. Very happy with SNK's service! Nick was available to come out promptly when I needed my couch cleaned. The result was great, so I had him come back for the carpet. It took him about 2 hours to clean 4 rooms, a hallway and a staircase. You can choose between standard and deep cleaning depending on your situation (pets, kids, etc). Higly recommended.

We just had Nicholas come and clean our carpets in about 3.5 rooms as well as clean our huge WHITE '12 x '11 area rug. Previously, I had cleaned the area rug using those Rug Doctor units from the grocery store and I couldn't get it to look CLEAN. Nicholas did a fantastic job...the rug looks great like we just bought a new one! Also, our carpeting is about 9 years old...now it looks great again! Thumbs up! Would recommend...very professional, responsive, and was available on a short notice!

All Elite Carpet Cleaning (formerly SNK) was amazing! Extremely professional. In fact, really helped to organize me so I could have my wool area rug cleaned. All Elite, very polite and punctual. I had a wool area rug in my place of business since 2008, and it had not yet been cleaned. I was moving my current shop, Moonshine Magic, to a new location and needed to have the area rug cleaned before I put furnishings back on. Living in Julian CA, it is not so easy to have services come up here for needed work. They happily came up from Ramona CA, and were very efficient. All Elite took special care and pride in getting my area rug very clean and beautiful! I highly recommend them! I would not hesitate to use them again!

This is the best carpet and upholstery company I have ever used. My area rug, carpets and sofa look brand new and smell so good! Nick and Michelle are great people, kid friendly, animal friendly, overall a great team and family owned. I plan to have my tile done by them soon but they can clean literally anything. I highly recommend.

I selected SNK Carpet Cleaning because they were local and had excellent reviews. I'm extremely happy I did! Nick arrived for the appointment and was able to give me a very reasonable estimate for the work. We did a deep cleaning in our four bedrooms, urine treatment (puppy), carpet protector, and he even treated our hallway rugs. He was very friendly and professional (and super sweet with our rambunctious pup!). He also - very casually - let me know about other services he provides (upholstery cleaning, laminate floor cleaning and grout cleaning) and I asked if he might also have time to do grout cleaning (which he did!).

What made this such a great experience was his expertise and demeanor. When you have someone in your house for a few hours, you want them to be friendly! What made this an above and beyond experience was he actually helped me take apart a trundle bed we are selling and move it to the garage. I'm about 6 months pregnant and can't even express how grateful I was for this help. It gets me *that* much closer to preparing for baby :)

This is my second time using SNK and they did a great job again. We had them do an upholstery cleaning and also carpet on the stairs. Our sofa looks brand new and smells great, no more pet odor. Foot traffic on the stairway is gone and carpet looks awesome. The whole process was fast and Nick is super friendly. Thank you again!

Nick came in on short notice and did an excellent job on my carpet and area rug. Best they've looked in ages. For the past several years I've used one of the big chain carpet cleaning companies, but from now on I'll be calling Nick.
