From my first call with Right Choice Carpet Cleaning, the experience was great. They explained the whole process clearly, answered all my questions, and were very flexible in scheduling my carpet cleaning, even when I needed to change the appointment. Jalen came out to clean my carpets, which had a tough coconut oil stain I couldn’t get out myself. Jalen explained every step and made sure I understood what was happening. Now my carpet looks as clean as when I first moved in. I will definitely recommend them to everyone and plan to use their service again.

BEWARE!! This company is NOT located in Ramona! It’s a call center that subcontracts out the work. On Monday I setup an appointment for Friday, so I could have the carpets cleaned at my new house before moving in on Saturday. They told me they would arrive between 10-1. I called at 8am Friday to confirm the time they weee coming. They again said 10-1. At 10:23 they texted saying they had to reschedule for Monday. Obviously that didn’t work, since I was moving into my house the next day (Saturday). When I called the first time I got disconnected. When I called back the 2nd time I got someone different so I asked if they are in Ramona or am I speaking to someone in a call center. Her answer: yes. Which is it?? Then I asked several more times and she wouldn’t give me a straight answer. She said her supervisor would call me right back. I never got a call. Luckily, Nick at SNK in Ramona saved the day and came out on the same day!!

Stay away from this company if you want reliability and accountability!

wow, i'd give them six stars if possible. jalen arrived right on time to give us an estimate for our carpet cleaning, and the price for cleaning our carpet and tile (about 3700 sq. ft.) was very reasonable. he even wore protective shoe covers, which was a nice touch. when it was time for the cleaning, keith showed up right at 8:30am and worked all day without stopping, even helping move things we hadn't gotten to yet. he took great care with our furniture and made sure nothing was damaged. after the cleaning, the carpet and tile looked like new. we will definitely use right choice carpet cleaning again and recommend them to everyone in ramona.
