After another landscaping company seemed to blow us off. 5 months late, no status update other than we will get there when we get there... we called proscape. They came over on a Monday had plans drawn up by Friday, and had a crew on site the following Monday. It’s now a year later and almost everything they planted is back bigger and stronger than before. Which is saying something, after last summers blistering heat. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Jeff, Jen, Bryan and the rest of the team were great. They were always transparent and on time. We could not be happier with our new pool and backyard. We would not recommend any other pool/landscape company.

Built a new home in Folsom and worked with Bryan at ProScape to landscape the entire property (.3 acres). Half of the yard is on a slope and a lot of granite so there were some challenges but Bryan/ProScape did a great job. Bryan is very conscientious and diligent about the end results and he's really good about responding to your texts/calls. We are very happy with the job they did and highly recommend ProScapes.

We had 4 different pool companies come out to give us quotes and ProScapes by far was the most prompt and professional! They even presented us with two different plans based upon our vision of the backyard. Loved that they also completed all the landscaping surrounding the pool so that the whole backyard looks complete and beautiful! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone-all their crews that came out did amazing work! Thanks ProScapes!

We were very impressed with the professionalism, excellent communication and quality of work we have received from Proscapes. We previously engaged with another company in the Sacramento area and after 5 months of getting nowhere we contacted Proscapes for our complex backyard project. The owner immediately reached out and jumped into action. Our daily project manager, Bryan, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, very responsive, and easy to work with. He brought great ideas to the project. The daily crew were courteous, respectful and worked hard daily. We appreciate all Proscapes did to make our backyard a success!

I’ve worked with Jeff Corbit in the past. Proscapes did some concrete work at our previous home and completed the work as promised in a timely manner. I recently contracted with them to design and install a complete landscape including a unique pool, pavers, pergola, fire pit and BBQ island. I didn’t have to deal with a bunch of subs as the foreman (Brian) took care of all concerns. He worked well with both my wife and I in plant and material selection. Proscapes delivered on all that was promised and finished the job to our complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

Everything was perfect with the exception of the concrete pour. The blotchy color and the lack of accountability for it was a disappointment. The response from the company “ The blotching you were seeing does not have anything to do with the
color installation. The color is part of the mix when it came out the truck so it is not as if there was "not enough" color added. Unfortunaly blotchiness and uneven color can be a negative part of concrete”.

Updated to add: I did wait almost two years to contact Jeff with my unhappiness. I do not have knowledge about what to expect with a concrete pour and relied on Jeff to deliver a professional result and mitigate any issues.

Jeff, Jen and Bryan were excellent to work with. We shared our ideas of our dream yard, and they delivered. The cost was in alignment with our expectations. Bryan came in with great ideas as the project was in process to enhance what we envisioned. I have recommended ProScapes to many friends and family. I give them 5 stars.

After meeting with 3 companies at our new home, I get to meet Jeff, the other two contractors never got back with me! I asked Jeff specific questions and he provided answers. He informed us the start date was mid July. They started 18 days early and we’re thrilled!

ProScapes Landscaping did an excellent job designing and landscaping our backyard. Their work included building a stunning pool and patio, as well as planting a beautiful lawn, trees, and plants. Our backyard has been transformed from an empty, unused space into a peaceful and inviting retreat where we can relax and spend quality time with friends and family.

The crews were professional and followed through on everything we requested. When a couple of issues arose, ProScapes addressed them promptly and professionally — they replaced some concrete to resolve water pooling issues and replanted trees and plants that didn’t thrive or needed adjustment. This level of care and responsiveness was greatly appreciated.

While better communication across the board would have helped prevent a few minor issues, our overall experience with Jeff (the owner), Bryan (the project manager), and their hardworking crews was very good. The company prepared us well for what to expect and delivered on time and within budget.

The crew at Proscape is very professional and responsive. From the owner down to the guy who cleans up. I really liked that Proscapes included 3D landscape designs, which helped me a lot. And, the project manager Bryan manages the crew very efficiently, and they pay attention to details. I highly recommend this company.

We first hired ProScapes two years ago for a pool build but ended up backing out at the last minute. After interviewing several other contractors for a backyard remodel recently, we decided to return to ProScapes — and we’re so glad we did. Angel, the form setter, took time to measure and spot everything carefully, which shows in the straight, clean concrete lines. Jeff, the owner, runs a fantastic crew — everyone was polite, accommodating, and clearly proud of their work.

The finished landscape looks amazing and feels like great value for the money. Even our designer, Mel Hatch, complimented the concrete work and boulder sizes, saying other contractors often cut corners on those details. Wonderful experience working with Proscapes to landscape the front and backyard of our new home. Jeff, Bryan and the crew were great to work with. Proscapes was very helpful with the initial design concepts and getting our plans approved with the HOA. Supervisor Bryan and the crew were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all of our questions and change orders. The crew was always here when they said they would be and cleaned up the site area before they left each day. We couldn't be happier with the final product (neighbors love it a well)!
