It was a great experience working with System Pavers, especially Beau(Project Manager). He's very responsive, never missed my phone call. In the middle of the project, he helped me change the stepping stone because I don't like the color with no extra cost. During the final walk through he also helped address all minor issues I raised.
Now my backyard is beautiful and low maintenance, would love to work with them again in the future if I get a chance.

I can't say enough about our experience with System Pavers. From the first person I spoke with on the phone to our Sales guy, Bill Hudson who came out to discuss our project with us. He was so personable and extremely thorough, we got an estimate right there on the spot. After our meeting he sent us a pictures of what our actual driveway would look like after with the materials we chose and spoke about, that pretty much sealed the deal for us.
Our project started on the day they promised. Beau Johnston, was our Project Manager and he, too was super personable and his follow up and follow through was exceptional. He had a great relationship with his team, they all worked cohesively together to deliver an amazing finished product in 2 days! Beau came back at the end of day 2 to ensure the project was finished to our satisfaction and advise us the best way to care for our new pavers which come with a 25 year warranty. Attached are pics of before and after. We widened our driveway on what was a tricky curved slope. We are extremely happy with the end product as it gave us so much more room. We look forward to working with System Pavers again for more projects.

Best landscaping team I have worked with. I originally had a contractor that did rubbish work and abandoned a large job (frontyard, backyard+deck), and System Pavers came in and redid the whole thing for us, with a result that looks so clean and satisfying. Shannon Stanley was our initial point of contact, and Javier Rodriguez was our Project Manager, and they were both super helpful and committed to seeing the project through to completion. Everything from city permitting to turf samples were handled really professionally. Needless to say I am very happy with the result.

George and Tony were an incredible team to work with on our front yard project! George helped design the layout. From the turf and paver placement to the lighting details. His vision completely transformed our space. Tony managed the project from start to finish and made sure every part of the design was executed perfectly. The turf, pavers, and landscape lights look amazing, and the whole process was smooth and well-organized. Highly recommend them if you want quality work and a team that truly cares about the final result!

I had a Driveway extension done connecting to a path on the side of my house, and an extension to my California room. Both were done incredibly fast and of great quality. I did have 3 little things that I needed fixed after, but Beau the Project manager got them corrected super quick and now everything is perfect. I will definitely be using them in the future to have more work done.

Our exposed aggregate driveway was dated and terribly cracked. Part of it had actually collapsed right at our front steps!

My wife and I are delighted with our System Pavers driveway. Dozens of people walking by have remarked on it. Some drivers, too.

Project manager Beau did a great job of keeping us informed on the progress because my wife and I were out of the country when the project started all of the way through completion. He sent us photos and videos daily. There were no surprises either. What Beau and sales rep Steve said would happen did.

We’ve had the driveway 4 months and still go stand in our front porch just to admire it.

Just amazing. My yard has been transformed from dirt to gorgeous. System Pavers crew did an impeccable job. My experience could not have been better. From the start the communication, knowledge, and experience that was shared for the design working with Morgan was what started things off. Once we had a project in place (Pavers, retaining wall, fountain) we got to work with Beau. He was on top of everything. From start to finish he communicated everything, made sure the project was clear and the design came to life. He oversaw the project and all the workers and looked at every little detail. He is so friendly and easy to talk with and this made us comfortable the entire way. We have the best backyard and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I contracted system pavers to replace my existing driveway and part of the front yard. To say that I am absolutely satisfied is an understatement. Right from the start, I worked with their consultant George Judd in creating the layout and vision that I had. He walked me through all the steps in the building process and answered all my questions. When I had to make small modifications, he immediately took care of it. When it came time to start the process, Javier Rodriguez kept me informed of the day to day progress and answered any questions I had. The foreman, Leonardo, did the most amazing work I could imagine. He and his crew worked non stop to make my vision come through. The project finished on time, and Javier, George, and Leonardo went above and beyond. I am completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them to all my friends and family.

We recently had pet-friendly turf and a putting green installed by System Pavers, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish!

From the initial consultation with Justen Mckay, our design consultant, to the installation led by Leo (foreman) and Javier Rodriguez (project supervisor), the team delivered excellent service, communication, and professionalism every step of the way.

System Pavers is one of the top 2-3 companies that I have ever worked with! I could not be happier with my new patio and the process to get to it. I felt that the sales person (Bill) actually had my best interests in mind when explaining all of my (no hard sell) options and costs. Then, he and the project mgr (Beau) came out and found any potential issues and ironed them out so that there were no surprises or extra costs later. Beau then checked in with the crew lead (Lucas) often during the construction process, making some minor tweaks and giving me an occasional reassurance. :) But, I was actually most impressed with Lucas and the crew. They showed up on time every day and worked so hard demo-ing the old patio and cutting and placing each paver absolutely perfectly. Lucas was very attentive to every detail and even refused to accept my occasional offer to cut some corners, insisting that they “do the job right”. And…… even the payment process with the office was low-key and pressure free. Great company!

System Pavers was great and I highly recommend them. From the start with D'Andre and the design concept putting together our vision to the actual build with Mark, Issac,and crew. Mark showed up every morning to review the work and consult with us if we had any needs or questions. Issac (Foreman) is a master at his craft. Any time he had a question he would review with us and explain the reasoning behind his thoughts on something we should or shouldn't do. We are almost complete pending the pet turf installation and the removal of the old shed. Can't wait to finish up with the large gazebo/outdoor kitchen on the pavers and another gazebo to replace the shed.

I had a great experience working with Javier Rodriguez and his team, including George Judd, our design consultant, and foremen Ignacio and Maricela. They installed pavers, a mow strip, and artificial turf, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!

From start to finish, they were super professional and easy to work with. They really listened to what we wanted and gave us our dream backyard—all within our budget. They kept us updated throughout the process, and everything was done right on schedule, just as promised. It’s not always easy to find a team that delivers exactly what they say they will, and we’re so grateful for their hard work and attention to detail.

My experience with System Pavers has been amazing since the very first phone call.
I was contacted by Morgan to confirm again the appointment with him. The day we met with Morgan, he was friendly, polite, personable, and professional. He sat down with us and explained what the turf was (as we were looking for pet safe and durability), how it is installed from start to finish and the materials used including a pet deodorizer. He showed us some yards that they have done so we could really see the transformations. Every step of the way Morgan spoke WITH us not to us on how to get the yard and results WE wanted, not just what he wanted to sell us, which really set our minds at ease and comfortable and secure that we were getting the yard of our dreams. He showed us physical samples of the turf so we could really see and feel what we were getting. Our yard had some obstacles to deal with, one being a 50+ year old camphor tree with large exposed roots close to the sidewalk and driveway. Morgan carefully measured multiple times, even verifying with others how close they could get to the tree and still have it look nice and functional. When it came down to costing the project out, Morgan was instrumental in getting the best price available. He told us about a special pricing they were running at the time, even gave us a discount because my husband is a state worker. He explained the two types of financing that could be done for us from $0 down or extended payments that could be paid off earlier with no penalties. We felt very heard and well taken care of. He even made sure I didn't have any problems or questions when filling out the application with the lender and getting all the necessary paperwork done.
We then were contacted by Mark, the project manager, to set up a time for him to come take a look at the yard and get additional measurements and what type of pavers we wanted etc. He asked about a certain time, and I had asked if we could set the time back a bit because of a previous commitment and he was more than willing to work with us. Mark explained how the pavers would be set around the yard and trees and how the turf would be laid down. Again he talked WITH us and made sure we knew that he was there to make sure we got what WE wanted not just a job they were going to throw down. He really listened and explained what could be done to make our vision come to life. Even suggesting some larger stones around the big tree to help keep any stones, filler, or vegetation contained later on. He made us feel very comfortable with the plans and upcoming work. Mark was always on top of things and checked in with us and George (the contractor) every day making sure all the materials were there when they should be, if we had a questions etc. He also told us that if we don't understand something or something doesn't look right, to talk with the crew as well as himself, so there wouldn't be any problems through the process.
The first day of work, George and his crew, just crushed it!! They were all very friendly and professional. George has true passion and pride in his work. When he was digging around the big tree roots he got as close as he could to give us a little extra room for turf, so we could have a little more green to the yard. He also was meticulous in making sure the cuts on the pavers were just right so everything fits perfectly. The first day the materials hadn't arrived yet, and George was about to head home, when he saw the delivery driver at the wrong house. He contacted Mark, who showed up right away, and they both stayed until the situation was corrected and the materials were delivered. I never had any problems or questions because George was always making sure we knew what was going on. He and his crew always worked clean and made sure they didn't leave us with a mess at the end of each day. The work they did was absolutely beautiful, attention to every detail!
This has been by far, the best experience I have ever had! You can really feel the pride, dedication, values, and care everyone has from start to finish

Gary Goings, Javier Rodriguez, and Ignacio were all very professional and on point about their job. They will never delay or abandon you throughout the process, from the very beginning (Free quotation and quick draft of the design we wanted) to the end of the project. In fact, System Pavers were quicker to response and to follow-up than our HOA(HOA improvement application process took longer than the project building). This team from System Pavers are worth all the cost of the project. The price equates the quality of work and the professional attitude of everyone who built our backyard. Definitely recommended to everyone!

We had a very good experience, Bill the designer he helped us with our landscape design. Leo and Javier were great to work with. They kept us informed of everything that they were doing, . They Made sure we were happy with the turf and the pavers that we picked as well . I will definitely be recommending them to our friends and neighbors.

I have used System Pavers for 3 jobs now and I give them my highest recommendation. I’ve worked with the same sales rep (Bill) and project manager (Beau) each time and would/will gladly work with them again in the future. Bill is not too “salesy”, which is a huge turn off for me. He focuses on your needs and getting the project and plan that fits your needs. Beau is a fantastic project manager who gets things done the right way. If any issue (those were rare for me) or change (I made a couple of those mid-job) comes up, Beau gets it handled. This team is worth every penny!

We have been extremely satisfied with our experience working with Systems Pavers. From the beginning, our project was handled with great care and attention to detail. However, towards the end, there was a miscommunication that caused some minor issues. Despite this, the team at Systems Pavers, specifically John Jeffrey Santo Domingo (JJ), Javier Rodriguez, and Leo, handled the situation with professionalism and made sure that we were ultimately happy with the end result.

A dream come true, I’ve been in my home for 25 years, Javier Rodriguez the project manager in charge, was truely in charge, I am truly grateful for his dedication and hard work, taking my calls and text at odd hours , sending me pics on the progress while I was at work, and making minor request happen! His team, such hard working men! I am so impressed! They have brought my 80 year old home back to life! After enjoying my back paradise, I was working in the yard and moving things around and I damaged my beautiful pavers accidentally, I called Javier Rodriguez, he came out himself to see the damage, Javier is going to get it replaced like if nothing happened at no charge to me ! I’m so grateful! Javier knows customer satisfaction!
