Very good experience with my sales consultant Phillip he was very helpful in making the design I wanted. Javier took care of everything and made sure everything went perfect, and always kept me updated. Foreman Leonardo was very polite and made sure the work was done perfectly, and in a timely manner. Everything went smooth will be using in the future.

System pavers originally installed paver patios and walkways in our previous home in 2014. It held up beautifully so we asked them do paver patios and raised flower beds in our new home. Beau was the superintendent on our job. His team was wonderful despite 100 degree days during the install. They started on time, and worked extremely hard. Our job turned out beautiful and we are extremely happy. I would definitely recommend system pavers and Beau supervising the job. We were very impressed with how well he supervised his team. It was evident his team liked working with him and we liked how he treated his team with respect.

Starting with CHRIS the salesperson for the area to the staff in the front office setting up the construction start date were awesome and friendly and answered all questions. Mike the project manager and finally but definitely not least the hardest workers of them all were the team of Alejandro junior and Alejandro senior. They were absolute beasts! Day in and say out they worked and made sure the ground was primed and ready for the pavers. Every question I had or change I wanted it was quickly addressed and thoroughly taken care of. All the staff of Systems Pavers deserve high recognition and a raise! Well done we are absolutely satisfied and all the neighbors are impressed at the look and quality of the job.

Update #1 on 3/14/2022: So we've had the job done for about a year now. We have had some minor movement of the driveway pavers ( As we park the car on it daily) and prior to the initial paver work we've has some large oleander trees removed with some large roots and dirt moved. So to say the least the shifting was to be expected. Jonathon the repair manager from Systems pavers and the original crew (Father and son team) quickly came out and addressed the issue and fixed it. Pavers were removed, the ground reinforced and the issue fixed. Looks as good as new!! We also had a lighting issue of one of our path lights and this was also resolved quickly by the lighting technician and it was a loose wire in the unit itself, nothing faulty, just a loose wire. They stand by their warranty for sure, and are quick to address issues if they arise!!

I posted during the process, but now that it's completed I've included before and after photos. We started off thinking we wanted a paver area for a fire pit and then the ideas evolved from there. We received quotes from nearly a dozen companies to do pavers and/or turf and ultimately decided on System Pavers after all the great help and insight from Albert the designer. He was great helping us come up with a vision for the backyard and the pricing was competitive. I am a tough and demanding customer who pays attention to every detail and Mark, our project manager, did a great job talking me through every step and answering all my questions throughout the process. Jeziel, Nacho and crew were also great at being patient and resolving any concerns I had and did an amazing job when it was all said and done. We are loving our new backyard.

When we moved into our new home we knew one of the first things we wanted to tackle was the backyard. We enjoy entertaining and the emptiness needed to be addressed. We have three dogs and wanted a design that is low maintenance, drought friendly and usable year around. After doing the research we knew having more hard scape & turf was the option for us.

After reading several reviews on System Paver's, we decided to give them a call. Albert came to our home and was very patient with us as we worked through the design phase. We changed the plans and colors several times before it was finalized. After the design, Albert continued to assist with our HOA process to get this project started. After planning was finalized it was handed over to the project manager, Beau and his team. Beau was always responsive and his lead foreman Reyes was AWESOME! I made a few requests and had some questions as the project progressed and Beau responded to them immediately.

Although this is Phase 1 to our backyard, my wife and I are very happy with the entire service System Paver's provided. I highly recommend System Pavers if you’re interested in hard scape.

This is the second extensive project that we have used System Pavers for at our house. The design was just what we wanted and the project managers were great. On our last Projecdt, Tony kept us up to date on everything that was going on, checked on the status of the work, and kep everything on track. I would recommend System Pavers to anyone looking for this type of construction.

I would highly recommend System Pavers. From the very beginning, George Judd (designer) and Javier Rodriguez (Project Manager) carefully and patiently worked with me to make sure that the job was designed/done exactly the way that I wanted. With so many choices, they helped me choose the paver stone which matched my home and was best for our backyard project. They were extremely patient and professional! But wait theirs more they also upgraded my side of my home that was due to have concrete installed to Pavers instead for the same cost I would have spent for concrete just because they cared about my design being the absolute best it can be. Javier’s crew was also very friendly and fast in getting the job done. This was a fantastic experience!!!Amazing job!

This was our first project with System Pavers!! The process from the design we were looking for with detailed information and visual layouts given by George throughout the project with the crew was very smooth. He came everyday to the project and helped us get the lighting we wanted with picking based on my specification and the wiring he installed. Beau made sure we were satisfied and he went above and beyond what is required of him!! Overall work was good.

After exploitation of a terrible contractor, I found System Pavers & they did things the Right way. I was very satisfied with the entire process & recommendations they made. They are more budget friendly than you would think. The system of materials, crew, & staff works! Dog friendly & easy maintenance too!

Would give 10 stars if it was allowed. From the initial contact, free in-home consultation to completion of my project, the process was communicated thoroughly and quickly. Moving into a new home, we were just bleeding money so Tony, our sales rep, gave us a fair pricing that came with different financing options. It was a nice surprise, not only could we start the process on our backyard but there was not a lot of money upfront or us needing to pay the final amount right away. We unexpectedly purchased a new build with a huge backyard. Tony gave us the flexibility with recommendations to start small and build on later. After making a decision, the team worked so quickly. I was introduced to Mark Trojanowski, the project manager for our little project. He was prompt, very communicative and answered all my questions and concerns in real time. The crew, led by Alex, was just awesome! They completed the work before the deadline. They worked around delivery trucks in our area and was very accommodating. All in all, this was a terrific experience for someone that had no clue on what to do with such a large backyard and without having spent a summer, this start will give us ideas on how we will want to spend time outside. Looking forward to working with Tony, Mark and hopefully Alex to finish our backyard. Very happy customers!

I used system pavers years ago and it was a first class job. This job they left a mess behind. I had a pool sweep ruined by the amount of all size rock they dumped and got in the pool. The pool wasn't swimmabke for a month with the time it told to get it cleaned out. I had to purchase a new pool sweep. Which I got a small credit for. Not the credit we discussed. The seaming of the turf isn't ideal and it didn't need to be seamed where it. Was. The crew had an e tire unwrapped roll of turf they never used. Which I'm. Sure the turf was ordered like that so they didn't have to seam it. The seam doesn't look good. I have asked them to address. And the check they were supposed to cut me for the purchase of the pool sweep never arrived. The tree ring was finally completed a couple of weeks ago. I still have mortar on my concrete. They did not preserve the electrical as we discussed and a final walk through was not accomplished. I will likely not use system pavers again or refer anyone to this company. There was a lot of extra material and a mess left behind on the street with the pavers left behind that I had to clean up. I used system pavers because the job should have been completed beginning g to end without me having to clean up after them. When they came back to do the tree ring. Same thing they left the rubble in my driveway instead of sweeping it up, so I now cleaned up after them once again. Many of the joints don't have complete mortar in them and typically they leave mortar behind but they did not.

Javier Rodriguez and his team did a remarkable job at turning our front yard into a beautiful turf “stream”. They were great at checking in with us every step of the way to make sure we were satisfied. The job took less than a week and the team was very nice to work with.

My experience with System Pavers could not have gone more smoothly. Jose Martinez as the design consultant, and Javier Rodriguez, the project manager were amazing, easy to reach, and very atentive to detail. I felt kept up to date with everything, even though I was usually at work. Also shout out to Ignacio/Marecela, and Leo as the foreman and crew. My yard looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier with it. 10/10 for me.

Incredible outcome! My yard is better than I imagined. The work of the System Pavers team is excellent and high quality. From first meeting to site project manager to workers themselves, each person behind our transformation was steller and went above and beyond. Extremely efficient. Great value for the money! Highly recommended!! I will hire them again! Thank you for making the ideas in my mind better than I'd imagined!

System Pavers helped design the backyard hardscaping for our new construction home in Dixon, and did an excellent job getting the work done before a party for my wife's birthday. They were responsive to feedback during the installation process, and the project manager personally followed up at the end to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.

We really appreciated how much time Albert spent with us during the free consultation to help us figure out what we wanted. Frankie did a great job keeping the project on track, keeping us informed, and helping us to make small changes along the way. Felix and his crew were amazing! We were so impressed by their skill and their attention to detail. They always tidied up the site at the end of each day, and we had several neighbors comment on how nicely organized and respectful of neighbors they were as they hauled materials in and out.

John and Beau were fantastic to work with. During the design process, John was extremely thorough and patient as we brainstormed multiple ideas. And during construction, the project manager Beau was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable to explain all sorts of issues. And they were both responsive almost immediately when we would call or text with a question. Can’t recommend enough.

They did an amazing job on a complicated build. The final multi-tiered patio and extensive stairs has a true wow factor. They listened to my ideas, did changes on the fly when I wanted and were very attentive. The crew was very hard working and respectful and the project manager came to the site frequently and whenever I had any questions. I would highly recommend them for your paver project
