I had one week with no air conditioner it took its toll on the family with triple digit temps. We had a couple of the bigger companies come out and take a look and were quoted a ridiculous amount and pushed a replacement or it couldn’t be fixed. We will most likely need to do this in the not so far off future, but even with a replacement it was significantly less then the other places. I will be calling Helping Hand Services when I’m ready to replace my unit. They got us up and running fairly quickly. They are professional and honest with a friendly demeanor. Thank goodness we found them.

I had them replace my Home AC/ heater our old one was over 20yrs old they did a good job installing it.they did the first cleaning. Then I started having problems with heater starting, I been trying to get hold of them I leave messages with my number explaining what going no call back. Beware

I received 3 quotes for a HVAC system and HHS was by far the lowest. My home had no A/C at all.. Sean listened to my concerns from the first meeting and accomplished all requests. We recently had a new AC unit installed in our attic by HHS. I first reached out to several companies to get a quote on the work we needed done. All of the other companies were way over priced and made me feel like what we were asking was not possible because we wanted the new unit in the attic instead of our hallway, which would of made the job easier for them. HHS was able to install the new unit in my attic (so much quieter), add new vents to all rooms and improve our ducts, yes it was a lot of work but they made it seem easy. We are more then satisfied with both Sean and Ryan, they are professional and genuinely nice guys who do not take advantage of their customers.

Karsen was sent to my house and I couldn't have asked for a better person to come. He fixed my ac quickly and professionally. And hooked up the price!! Couldn't be happier. Thank you thank you thank you!! I would recommend these guys to everyone!! Great work!

My upstairs A/C unit went out on a Saturday morning in June this year, which was the first real hot day of the summer. It was going to top out at around 95 degrees that Saturday, and it was getting really uncomfortable in my upstairs area at about 1:30 p.m. that afternoon. I had called (3) other A/C companies, and they all quoted me at very high exuberant prices to fix the unit; plus they all couldn't get out to my house to fix the A/C unit until the following Monday. Didn't want to wait that long. I called Helping Hands Heating & AC Services - and what a blessing! I want to shout out a big "Thank You" to Karson. He was pleasant and professional over the phone, answered all my questions, gave me a reasonable estimate to fix the problem, and he got out to my home to fix the A/C unit in less than an hour - really fast service! He was well dressed, clean and professional. Got my upstairs A/C unit up and going in a jiffy! Great service, reasonable pricing, and I highly recommend this heating & A/C company!

Sean and his son Carson serviced my York system and checked in my attic to be sure all ducts were securely attached, as my house seemed dusty at times.
