We had a problems with our fan blowing and not turning off, but no cold air was circulating. I called up Bill's early mid morning on Friday and told him about our problem. I told him we had a new baby in the house. He was very nice and said he could be there in about an hour. He found that a small transformer had gone bad. He had the part in his truck and had the AC up and running in about 40 minutes. He was extremely courteous and helpful. He made sure all the functions with the fan, heat and air conditioning worked before he left.
I am keeping his card in case I have future problems.

Bill came out and took care of our furnace issue quickly. He found that that we actually didn’t have a problem. No charge for visit, changed out our filters and he was very honest. I will recommend him to all my friends and family and will be using him in the future. Thanks!

ART the Technician was amazing! I had my Goodman system installed 7 years by another local company and they strongly recommended I replace my entire system, and I was very confused by all the upgrade and options available and the high pressure sales approach. I decided to get a second opinion. After reading yelp reviews I knew there was only one company for me. Art from Bill's heating & AC arrived very promptly came out and checked my system and performed a very comprehensive inspection and maintenance procedure. I was extremely pleased with the result. Art is extremely talented at explaining what and how things should be done, and is very personable and really cares about the customer. He very much exceeded by expectations. I feel very confident in my heating and cooling system, and when I do reinstall I know who I will call.

Bill and his crew are great. At my house, he replaced the thermostat and corrected an error made by a technician sent by a home warranty company. At my parents' house, he replaced the ducts and furnace. He recommended a cost efficient way to set-up the furnace, so he could install central AC at a later point in time. I would highly recommend him!!!!! You won't regret it!

Bill has been to our home twice. The first involved maintenance on our A/C unit. He was the first contractor to actually remove the fan blade to clean out leaves, etc., and did an excellent job cleaning the coils. Best of all, he didn't try to sell us a new unit! He went through the entire process of how to use our A/C unit for best performance. Later, when it came time to replace our 30 year old furnace and ducting, Bill's was the first name that came to mind. He provided several options on how to improve air flow in the house and was willing to rebuild our existing furnace. We opted to buy a new furnace, instead. Before installing the new furnace Bill cleaned, sealed, and painted the entire furnace closet. After the installation was complete he tested and adjusted the fan speed for heating and cooling. The difference in air flow is amazing! Bill cleaned the interior of the vents and updated the plates so that the air flow would cool our rooms more efficiently. Now the room my wife called "hells kitchen" is going to need a new name. Her kitchen actually now has plenty of air flow! Bill is honest, timely, maintains a clean work area, and goes out of his way to do the job right. Best of all his price is fair with no surprises!

Bill is awesome. He's very fair, thorough and goes the extra mile for his customers! Most importantly - he is honest! He saved me 1000s of $$$, when another AC company said my unit was toast, Bill said he could repair it - and he did! Now it works like a champ and he says the unit on my old house will run for another 10 - 15 years. I whole-heartedly recommend Bill's for your HVAC needs. He'll take care of you and treat you right.

This company is above and beyond amazing. My furnace went out during the process of dealing with my father's death and Bills heating replaced my entire furnace at no cost to me. They also left me with over a years supply of filters and a new thermostat. Kyle and Carson installed the furnace in less then 3 hours while my dogs barked their lives away in my bedroom. Wonderful humans! I've never experienced such kindness from a major company like this before. What a fantastic experience. They called me yesterday I told them my situation and by 2:45pm today they had completely replaced the entire unit I'm still in shock. Thank you so much Bill's and thank you Kyle and Carson for installing the unit.

I am so gladden I found Bill. I had a bunch of guys come out and they could never get my ac unit going properly. The unit is over 20 years old and Bill quickly ascertained the issue. He is a HVAC expert. He is knowledgeable and honest and I enthusiastically endorse his company.

Really glad I had Bill and Musa come out and properly clean my AC's interior evaporator coil. It was worse than I expected and beyond what I thought I could do myself. BUT, at the same time, Bill removed and checked the blower motor, blew out the condenser line, secured my system's air filter and found I needed 3 pounds of refrigerant to get its cooling ability back up to spec. The 25 yr old system is running like new again. No pressure to upgrade and a fair price for the service. I'll use Bill to replace my entire system in the future. Honesty and commitment counts, and Bill's company is the best!

December, and it's cold... tenant's have no heat. The property management had two repair companies out to inspect. The repairmen/sales rep's wanted to replace the a/c and furnace system.
I have used Bill's heating and air conditioning service for both heating and air conditioning repairs at my personal residence. The service was above question. The work ethic, was that of trust. The repair cost are reasonable. Bill's, is now on my speed dial.
The tenants will have a cozy warm winter, and I have peace of mind. Merry Christmas!

After getting several bids to completely replace our heating and air conditioning system we went with Bill. He and his team were fantastic. They showed up each day and worked hard. They were neat and clean. My husband wanted some additional vents placed and they accomplished this too. Our system works so well and we are extremely pleased. Bill is honest and we would highly recommend him.

I called Advanced Air Systems and spoke with Jarrod, he made time to come and check our air conditioning unit because it was blowing hot air, for some reason it started working and he took the time to explain to us about the unit and some tips and he did not charge us !! VERY HONEST AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. You would be crazy to use anyone else.

So after having another company tell me I had a 2 ton unit and needed a 3 ton unit and it would cost me over 14 thousand dollars, I called Lytle Heating and Air. Turns out we have a 3 ton unit. Tracy was honest, straight forward and all was needed was a part replacement! I am so grateful I called Lytle's! Sandra at the office was also super helpful in answering all my questions and concerns.
