Once again RC Air to the rescue! They just replaced a 23 yr old roof unit on one of my rentals. Unbeknownst to me the previous installer made many errors hence the reason the unit never ran properly in all the years we had the rental (24 yrs). This is the 2nd unit they have installed for me. They service all of my 9 properties. They have extensive knowledge. I am a RE broker and RE State Certified Appraiser with 48 yrs of experience. I also was a REO Asset Mgr for Citi Bank, so I’ve seen a lot of things on hundreds of thousands of units. The other bids I got were trying to sell me an inferior unit with the older Freon that will be obsolete in the rear future. That’s how they take care of you. They practice the Golden Rule of “do on to others as you want them to do to you.” Be watchful and ask questions, share your bids with them, no doubt they will beat the price with a superior product. You will not be disappointed! They will look after you and give you the best product on the market. They won’t sell you a product that’s sitting in their warehouse that is going obsolete!

Our technician Ian was on time, and very knowledgeable and professional! If you want the job done right and for a reasonable price, then RC A/C service is the best choice!

We just had a complete New HVAC system installed by "RC Air Heating & Air Conditioning Service" and couldn’t have picked a better company to do the job, and are located in Rancho Cucamonga. We were fortunate to have "Cassie" to deal with for the estimate (which was very reasonable), then she inspected the old system to find what we needed, she explained to us all about the new refrigerant system, and followed through with the installation of the entire system. Of course she had an Amazing Team of four more installers on installation day. They were right on time, courteous and very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Once the installation was done, Cassie took care of scheduling a company for the HERS Test and City Permit appointments. We ended up passing all the tests and were happy to finally have the job completed.
"RC Air Heating & Air Conditioning Service" is a Family business and everyone worked together extremely well. While two of the installers were outside working on the 3.5 ton A/C Condenser the other three were in the attic dismantling the old system and busy installing the new A/C Coil and Furnace. My wife and I were amazed at how well the Team had everything planned out. They all out did themselves and completed the job without a hitch. We have a second HVAC system that will need to be replaced soon and won’t hesitate to call "RC Air Heating & Air Conditioning Service" to do the job.

They are quick to respond, are timely and very personable. I feel very comfortable using them. Ian makes you feel like family and they do not try to upsell you on things you don’t need which as a single mom I appreciate that very much as funds are usually tight.
I just really appreciate knowing that there are still good quality businesses out there that truly want to help the customer and this is definitely one of them. I will absolutely use them again in the future when needed and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for repairs or service.
