The RC team was very professional as they were able test and correct the problem within a 1/2 an hour. They were personable in explaining the problem and quickly replaced the part that needed fixing.an added information that would help in the future. I will call RC again with out a doubt again.

Amazing service from RC AIR & HEATING. I developed a leak in my line set and all the freon leaked out at 3pm in the afternoon. It was 95 degrees today and extremely humid. They showed up within 30 minutes or less and confirmed my suspicion. After telling them I had a 3 year old who would have a problem sleeping in an 87 degree house, Cassie and her partner agreed to stay late and help fix the problem! Unbelievable customer service and I couldn't have been happier. Thank you again!

We love this company and can’t recommend them enough! Our family moved into a new home this summer and it needed a new AC system. We had multiple companies come out to give us bids and RC was the only one of them that detected a gas leak in our system as well as some other issues that weren’t up to code. They fixed all of the issues for us and helped come up with a ventilation system that worked for our high ceilings in our tri-level home. They also installed mini splits in four different rooms. They are super clean and very professional. We’re very happy with the work they did!

I called because my AC was barely blowing cool air. This was about 5:15 p.m., and they arrived within the hour, which I was extremely grateful for! My home had an indoor temperature of almost 90 degrees. Ian was professional and informative. I felt like he was very honest and upfront about what was happening to my unit. They worked fast and had my AC unit up and running in no time. I am very pleased with their services.

Summertime is here and RC Air Heating And Air Conditioning saved the day. With an honest diagnostic of system and legitimate fix . When the system would not turn on and only blow hot air, we all got worried that it was going to be a major fix. It turned out to be the thermostat. The honesty diligence and hard work of his company is awesome. I recommend it to anyone Out there, we need repair to the heating and air-conditioning system. Very happy with the service. I needed regular maintenance on my heat and air. RC Air were responsive, had good communication, and did a great job. I am happy I found them.

Ian did an inspection on my cooling and heating system. He was very kind, honest and efficient! He taught me how to clean my filter and showed me best practices. I will be using RC in the future!

Had RC Air Heating & Air Conditioning Service come to the house today to inspect our AC units. I reached out yesterday and they were at my home a day later. Communication was very quick by text and email. Long story short... our AC units were both repaired by Ian M. All I can say... exceptional explanation, advice, and service. Over the years, we've had several different AC providers provide services of a different capacity but we've never been as comfortable as we were with RC Air and Ian.
I would very much recommend calling them if you need service. I genuinely feel like you won't be disappointed.

RC has been caring for our system for over 20 years and they are the best! Finally had to get a new system after many years of us putting it off. RC replaced the old system, which worked perfectly during the summer months, and when there was a small heating issue, they came out immediately and had the heater up and running in minutes! Even replaced a vent cap that they thought could be a problem in the future, who else thinks proactively like that to exceed customer expectations!
