I would highly recommend Bayside Heating & Air Conditioning. My regular company couldn't come out. Sam came out within two hours of my call on a Saturday, found & fixed the leak while checking over the system. Very friendly and fair with his pricing. I will be using him again in the future.

Company has zero creditability. My air conditioner stopped working this past weekend when the temp was well above 100 degrees. I installed a new air filter and cleaned the coils but that didn't solve the problem. I called Bayside heating & air conditioning for a repair and the company rep scheduled a technician to arrive at my house the next day on 7/8/18 between the hours of 1 & 4. The technician never arrived. I contacted the company only to receive a voice recording message. I waited four hours for nothing. Bayside heating & air conditioning is a joke. Consumer beware this company doesn't value your time.

Sam arrived when he said he would and was very professional. Very friendly and very fair priced. This was today (Sunday) and I called in the morning at 7:00am, he was here by 10:00. I will be using him again soon on my new house and would strongly recommend him. By far the best experience I've had with AC repair people.

I called Bayside Heating and Air to my commercial suite when I noticed my air conditioner was blowing hot air. I run a surgery center that contains multiple a/c units, and with the high standards that we keep to run our office, it was very unacceptable to allow one unit to be out. I called and spoke with Sam, he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable with my concerns. He gave me an estimate to be at my office in one hour, sure enough he showed up on time and ready to work, wasting no time. He found the problem right away, and fixed it. He even left and came back, with supplies that I needed to have on hand for my units. He was even nice enough to stay and do preventive maintenance on my other units. Which were next to go out! I couldn't have asked for a better company to aid to my services. After speaking with Sam I have decided to make Bayside Heating and Air my monthly preventive maintenance provider. Great standards and Great workers! Will HIGHLY recommend Bayside to all my fellow colleagues and business partners. Thanks again Sam!!!

Haven't had my a/c in 2 weaks. Me and my family were starting to get sick from the heat. Sam came to help us with this. Extremely professional. Fixed whatever was messed up with the motor for the a/c and hooked up the Honeywell thermostat in a flash. Very understanding and knows what to do and how to get the job done. Tried playing me for a fool by making up reasons to submit more work orders and not fixing my AC during the hottest time of the year. I even jokingly said “sounds like we need a whole new unit “ on the first work order. Turns out I was right.

Fast and reliable. The other reviewer was right. Less than an hour and my ac and heating unit were back up and running. I was expecting a long day here but he was fast and efficient. Our tech was sam. Great guy. I'd call them back for future services
