Ian from RC Air was polite and knowledgeable. Wasn’t rushing through anything. Took his time answering questions and shared information about the AC business. Great experience with their service. Ian the AC technician, was extremely helpful and provided insight. He was quickly able to identify the issue . He will be reaching out to the unit manufacturer as the condenser coil should be under warranty.

I first want to say thank you to RC Air. The customer service, patience listening to me describe my issue and Ian’s knowledge was top notch. Ian was very patient listening to me then he check my furnace. He check all the wiring and changed my filter. Answered all my questions and explained everything to me. I highly recommend RC Air for your air conditioning and furnace issues. They are on time and very reliable and knowledgeable.

Emergency AC call out on Sunday just after 5. Technician arrived promptly, located the issue very quickly, and had us back up within an hour. Well deserved 5 stars.

My house AC system stopped cooling, only air was blowing in. Saw the repair service near me and RC was most highly recommended. Called them last evening and a nice lady responded and sent the crew early this afternoon. The duo was polite and professional with us, the senior couple.
They quickly found the fault and gave a reasonable estimate and replaced the capacitor. We were in a fix and they could have charged much more. We are thankful and strongly recommend them. A great family business we will use them again but hopefully not soon!

An employee nicknamed "RC " came out to help maintenance my"good ol" Carrier HVAC. He was polite, super well mannered and articulate. He took pictures of the things that needed to be fixed, shared them with me presenting 2 different price points. I chose the more expensive option because it suited my needs, but but it was nice to have the choice. He was done in about 40 minutes or less and shared with me the pictures he took, giving a me a run down on what was replaced and repaired. I could not be happier with this experience, You guys are the top of the mark when it comes to " old school " style service and always super professional, thanks so much!

It’s another hot one and AC is not working. Called them up and was at my front door in less than an hour. Fast, friendly, professional, what more can you ask for? If your in Rancho Cucamonga call them now!

RC air heating and air conditioning service is always amazing. My wife is 37 weeks pregnant and our ac went out unexpectedly. They showed up later that evening and were able to give me options on how to move forward. They’re always honest and very helpful. They went above and beyond on the install for my new system making sure my wife had cold air to sleep under. They missed lunch and dinner to ensure everything worked perfectly before leaving.

STELLAR service!!! They scheduled us next-day, but were able to get to us same-day when a cancelation happened! The tech was super kind and helpful - showed me exactly what happened and talked me through it without condescending. Could not be happier with RC Air and definitely recommend!!!

RC is awesome! Our a/c stopped working during a heat wave. Made a call at 6am and it was fixed by 10am. Great customer service. Professional and knowledgeable tech and the price is right. Will be using RC Air for our yearly maintenance now as well. Thanks for making our house cool again.
