Steven helped out our family and was able to help with financing the project !! I 100000% recommend this family owned business not like those big corps over charging , these people are extreamly awesome 👏.make sure to ask for STEVEN !!

Shout out to Ryan and Travis for expediting my toilet repair! Needed urgent repair and Ryan sent Travis immediately. Travis was professional and solved the issue in an hour. I had a great overall experience with this company, I needed a plumber and an HVAC tech the same day they were able to show up with little notice and were professional and knowledgeable. The toilet simply needed to be re-mounted which they did quickly and also for a discounted price. My HVAC unit needed service and maintenance. They were able to do it same day and get Me up and running during the hottest time of the year very impressed like I said with this company overall, I would highly recommend anybody with any home issues. Give American a call first!!!

American PHAE is by far the best in the IP! I had a leaky toilet and needed affordable and immediate service. Travis was great, so polite, knowledgeable, friendly and so professional! I got my toilet fixed within a couple of hours of calling this company and with a one year warranty my mind is at ease :) The service fee is affordable and the definitely is a 5-star for sure! I recommend American Plumbing Heating and Electrical for your repair needs. They provided fast and efficient service to my Thermostat for a good price. Steven Ibarra was my technician and he was courteous and provided excellent customer service. He explained everything to me so I could understand. I would definitely use them again for plumbing, heating or electrical repairs if needed in the future.

I was told by another company that I needed a new heater and they were going to replace it for $13000. I called American for a second opinion. American came and Steven came and spent over an hour inspecting my heater, and explaining what was going to me. He said my heater was not broken but the air was not moving through the heater correctly and it was overheating and triggering the function to turn off the heat. Instead of replacing my heater, (which was actually fine), he said I needed to have some of the ducts replaced to allow proper air flow. The cost would be $5980 which sounded much better than the cost of the heater i had been quoted. Steven and Zack came and did the work so that it was done before my company came. They were very professional and friendly and seemed to care that the job was one right. After a few days Ryan checked in to make sure all was good. I had a couple concerns and he sent Zack out that day and made adjustments and my heater is working perfectly. I am grateful and happy to have found them. Thank you American Heating!!

I have called this company twice to come out and help with some plumbing issues. First a leak and then a clogged sink. Their customer service is amazing. They answered after hours and helped set up an appointment asap. There timing is great! No delays! Travis has been the one completing the jobs and he is great!! Very professional and very smart! He knows his stuff. He fixed all my problems plus gave more insight on things that need to be fixed. Definitely would recommend! Appreciate them and their business. They are now my go to if I need help. Thank you so much!

About a month ago, when it was very cold out, my heater stopped turning on. A friend referred me to Tradewinds and they were able to come out that day! Billy diagnosed the problem quickly and was even able to fix and repair it that same day and great price. I have told my mom and sister about the great service because sometimes during the summer they have had issues with their A/C and I know they will be giving them a call as well.

Tradewinds did an excellent job installing my new air conditioning systems in my home. They worked quickly, efficiently, and the price was right. I was able to get an appointment soon after I called and they only took two days to install two air conditioning units. They showed up early each morning and stayed late each night. We thought we’d have to move out while they were working but they were able to keep air flow through some rooms so that we could still stay in the house overnight while the job was being done. After two days our AC units work great and we couldn’t be happier with the work. They are kind, professional, and have excellent customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking to repair or replace their AC.

First of all, I'm angry because I had an appointment today and nobody called me to cancel the appointment so I have one of my tenants sitting in the heat for a month and I didn't get a call back.

I've used Bill (owner) twice now, and both times have been a great experience! Very knowledgeable, fast service, VERY affordable both times. He is very honest, no hidden charges, no curbside pricing. Plan on using them for all of my HVAC needs and referring them to everyone I know

We had ACE replace our AC and heater, they ended up moving everything into the attic. The end result is a seriously out of balance system that can blow a candle out from across the room upstairs, but does very little downstairs. Bill and I discussed this no less than 4 seperate times, but he didn't seem interested in fixing the problem. Its bad in the Summer, but my house downstairs was 49 degrees this morning. Im bundled up on my couch under blankets. I feel bad leaving a review like this, but im really pretty upset considering the money paid. Be sure A BALANCED SYSTEM is part of your contract! If there are issues, don't be the nice guy... make Bill fix them

I had two nitrogen test previously and was told I needed a “special” nitrogen test. Did not know it involved cutting up new copper pipes and not repairing them when process done. No leaks discovered when process was complete at $500 for nothing.

I seldom take the time to write reviews and if this wasnt a work order from my insurance "PENNY" would have lost this company my buisness. As a business owner I seriously urge the owners to follow up on her bad reviews before it does cost them clients. When she says to me "anyway" after I apologize for having to cut her short as my dr. Walked in the room, and "oh wow really"when I say I would have to get with my insurance as they (a/c dont work weekends (according to penny) and she calls and lies to my insurance saying i was cancelling .oh and did I foeget to mention that she said (extremely rudely) "we will cancel the order" becuse we are not holding that big piece of equiptment until you can schedule. Christ i askw for feb 9th not months.! Anyway, like i said....somoeone should follow up theres more in my mere 3 calls with her. Terrible!!!! Bad bad look for the company

I am not the one that posts negative reviews, but this company needs to be reviewed . Air Controlled Environments is a company I will NEVER use again for our business in Ontario. Missed appointments, no communication, and the absolute poorest customer service from Penny. It’s like she gets a kick from treating people badly. STAY AWAY!! Find a professional company for your business needs.

We had two mini splits installed and are extremely pleased with the service provided. Bill, Gary and Oscar are all very professional, nice, knowledgeable and efficient. They took care the entire installation in one day. I am really happy to know them and this company. I highly recommend them. You won’t find any better.

Great experience from beginning, starting with Penny (great on the phone and I am sure is the one who keeps things afloat) to end (when Oscar came a fixed our issue). Oscar is an amazing tech, took time to explain what went wrong, educate on how things work and what to do and what not to do, great conversation while he worked, all-around great human being. Very reasonable pricing, happy happy.
