First, being honest, it took approximately 2 months to install the air conditioner. However, it was not their fault due to the slowdown of products caused by the world pandemic.

Penny, the office manager, answered my calls every time which is unusual! She was professional and honest about the situation. Penny was also kind and understanding over the difficult circumstances.

They promised 1.5 to 2 months and they honored that promise. The technicians were professional, and worked hard from 8am to 5:30pm. They treated me like the mom I am by answering my dumb questions.

The air conditioner works perfectly. I would definitely contract their services again. Thank you for your professionalism. I would like to suggest, in this incredibly challenging time, that people stay calm and speak to others with kindness and understanding. The employees are doing their very best to solve their problem as quickly as possible.

This is an outstanding company in terms of service, communication and professionalism. Penny from their Victorville office stayed in touch through working with AHS warranty - the purchase of the new condenser & coils, the delivery delay - she was terrific to work with.
The techs they sent out were here for 9 hours installing the new equipment, were very respectful of my home and clearly communicated each step.

I had a leak that they had to keep refilling. Even after using dye the leak was no where to be found. They had an idea (dont know what it was) and it worked great. Lasted for many years without having to refill every 12 mths.

TDI management and staff have been incredibly generous and supportive of Veterans Association and have graciously supported and donated materials for our projects. TDI is a great Canadian company that offers strong community support to our veterans and we highly recommend this business.

These guys have come out 3 times because the fuse on our AC keeps blowing out. The first two times they replaced the fuse. However, when it happened a third time, they guy said the connection holding the fuse is loose and needs to be replaced or else the fuse will keep popping. Why did it take 3 trips for someone to finally notice the connection was loose and needed to be replaced. Why? Because more trips equals more money for them. Such a scam. When I talked to the receptionist and asked her why, she said she would have the manager call me. Well, that was two weeks ago and I still haven't heard back. Unprofessional to say the least. Save your money and hire another company.
