the worst thing ever. they come in and say hey we are going to give you free had check and before I know it I'm $400 in the hole with another company I had to call to take off a special energy saving divice Synergy installed to save energy which they never stated they were installing. that little divice not only fried just my unit but fried four other neighbor's units because everyone's had units were all working fine until this great excellent sneaky company that after talking to neighbors they did not tell any they were installing this so called energy saver that fried units. and that's not it all my neighbors are in the hole from $200 to $1000 because the guy installing this secret device had to google how to install wire diagrams to see how to install and this brilliant technician over filled all of our units by 5 to 8 pounds of air conditioner Freon. this made our units not work including fried units. so at the end of the day I'm on a $2000 condenser possibly damaged also but I am watching it crossing my fingers it does not quit also. So the moral of this entire story is nothing is free especially if Synergy hvac contractors come to your door and they say hey it's free with a big smile... NOT!!!!! and I had them give me this free $400 service when it was 105 degrees out. Guess what synergy this is not the end of this situation...
