Mark came out and got my system up and running asap. He came by on time and didn’t try to upsell me to replace my system like the last guy and gave me the option to just replace the control board instead, gonna be a customer for life!

We had a non working heater and Mark came out and took care of me the same day by changing out my Igniter and did a blower cleaning on my heating system to remove the bad smell. He was straightforward and wasn’t pressuring me to do anything, will call Reliant back for the future!

Mark did a great job restoring my HVAC system, he went through the whole unit and left it running like knew.

He got me up and running again after a defective wiring problem that another company didn’t want to come back to figure out. Excellent customer experience would recommend again!

I called this company out for a secondary opinion on my 15 year old unit. Previous company told me I need to replace because of a defective part. I called Reliant out to take a look. They told me that there is a defective part called a capacitor on my outdoor condenser, they also found my indoor fan motor leaking grease at my furnace. The tech was fully transparent in his pricing and how these issues could affect my system in the future. Also the conversation was had about my system being out of warranty and that more issues tend to occur around this time in the units life. I decided it was best to perform a system change out to up my systems efficiency and to provide a new 10 year warranty. Seemless and easy, this company knows how to treat customers and provide honest pricing. Will be a life long customer.

Mark came out and helped get our system up and running.He was very Honest and Straightforward by informing us that the furnace door was loose and that causes the system to shut off. The quality, value and workmanship of Kevin's and his crew all earned five stars. We needed to replace an old package unit on the roof of the house and decided to have a split system installed with furnace in closet and compressor outside. We contacted several HVAC companies to get quotes, and Kevin from Central Air Services stood apart because he listened to what we wanted, offered suggestions to improve the air flow and coverage, didn't throw in jacked up "extras", and didn't talk down to us like some of the other salesmen who came.

I was referred to this Company by 2 friends who had just had new units installed in their homes and I am so glad I used them. Justin and his crew were so clean, professional and courteous. They were on time, notified me of when they were leaving for lunch and when they would return. Everything was cleaned up perfectly when they left and they even painted the area around where my heater was installed and it made it look so nice. Please consider this company for any heating and air issue or for a new unit. I think what I liked the most is when Justin gave me the estimate, he didn't try to sell me a bigger or more expensive unit like another company tried to do. He told truthfully what i needed and that I didn't need more. GREAT COMPANY>

I cannot say enough about Kevin's knowledge, technical abilities, troubleshooting and, most important, honesty and integrity. He came highly recommended and I can see why. The day before he came I had a diagnostic analysis and estimate to replace my condenser at a high cost. I thought I was getting a second estimate and Kevin saw it was just a damaged contact. Fixed up within an hour and saved so much money. I can't say enough about Kevin and his helpfulness. A straight up AC operation. I recommend highly and will tell everyone I know. This company was extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend them. Christina responded to my request on a Sunday night when our heater went down. She was able to schedule us for 8-9 that Tues. We are in the service industry and know how hard it is to give such small arrival windows.
