Fast, courteous service on a big project. Replaced a 36 y.o. Central A/C system including A/C ducting asbestos removal on day 1 (subcontractor); day 2, equipment install; day 3 (1/2 day) new ducting & smart thermostat! We never had to leave the house! Reasonable pricing & great cleanup!

Loved doing business with Justin and Kevin. Justin came in and evaluated the condition of my existing ducts and went back to office and gave a fair estimate. From my initial experience of speaking with Christina until Jason (technician) left my home, my experience was beyond pleasurable!

At the time I was given an appointment I requested to be contacted should a cancellation arise. I was contacted the day prior to my scheduled appointment and informed of an earlier opening which I took. I appreciate the follow up - that Christina held to her word and contacted me as she said she would.

Jason arrived to my home quite on time - even extending a courtesy call prior to inform me that he was on the way. He performed a visual inspection of my reported problem and based upon such stated that he did not believe that the problem was attributed to my AC but would inspect further. After completing a thorough inspection, he confirmed that initially expressed and provided unrelated findings without any pressure to move forward with services. I however made the decision to complete that suggested as I wholly appreciated the transparency, honesty and integrity of which Jason presented.

Jason showed the parts that were replaced, the gunk and debris that were in the pipes, etc. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and proficient. When time comes around again for any service related to my AC - Central Air Services will be the first call!

My A/C was not blowing cool air. I called and they were able to come out the same day. Found the problem immediately and fixed the issue. Price was reasonable and technician Jason was so nice and explained everything he was doing. Highly recommend.

I decided to contact Central Air Services based on the Yelp and Google reviews after getting two other estimates. Kevin was able to meet me at my house after work for an assessment and advice, his well detail explanation along with no high pressure sales presentation about the different options to replace my existing old air conditioning and heating system along with replacing the old ducting system. I received from Kevin three different options: #1 single stage unit, #2 two stage unit; #3 variable speed unit. my decision was to replace the system with a variable speed heat pump and replace all ducting. I decided to go with Central Air Services based not only on price, Kevin's presentation, knowledge of product I wanted; and prior reviews.

The installation was done in two days leaded by Justin and his team (Jason and Juan. Justin was great, communicative, attention to detail. His team was clean, they make sure they clean well after they were done.

This place is fantastic! Our A/C wasn't blowing cold air on a hot summer day & Christina fit us in on the same day we called. Jason, the tech, called me when he was in route. He was incredibly thorough. He checked the outside unit and found it working properly and blowing cold air. So, he decided to check inside as well, to make sure there weren't any other problems. He put on booties to protect our floor, changed the filter in the intake and even went into the attic to check the system to make sure there wasn't anything else wrong. He could have left within 5 mins of arriving since it was working, but decided to check everything else & then didn't charge us since there wasn't a issue to fix! I can't recommend them more highly!

Jason was excellent. He diagnosed the issue quickly, provided me with a couple of options and made the repair quickly. I feel he went above and beyond what others would have.

A neighbor recommended Central Air Services to me, and I would do the same for readers of this review. Today Jason notified me of his anticipated arrival 30 minutes ahead, and he appeared within the scheduled arrival window. He assessed the need for filter replacement, replaced filters as needed, and reported the condition of the the HVAC and A/C systems. He went about his business quietly, and when asked questions, he answered clearly and directly. The maintenance service was $95. A 4" filter he installed cost $40.

Great service, very professional! This company went above and beyond . I live in Ontario we have very hot summers , my AC stop working in the middle of a heat wave Central Air got me a new unit the very next day my old one stop working, in this climate cold air is a necessity and this company understood this, with urgency they delivered 💪💪

If you are looking for a HVAC company, I highly recommend Central Air Services! We had trouble with our failing AC unit last year and contacted them. One of their workers came to our house and did a great job temporarily fixing our unit.

We knew that we needed to replace our HVAC system, so we finally did so last month. We interviewed three companies, including Central Air Services, who beat the competitors by offering a new HVAC system for thousands of dollars less than the other estimates. When Kevin came to our house and gave us an estimate, he took his time to explain the process and options without trying to upsell. In fact, after listening to us describe our situation and household needs, Kevin made recommendations for cheaper options that would better suit us.

Three workers did the installation in one day. Kevin also came to oversee the installation. All four men were highly professional: courteous, friendly, clean, and very skilled at their jobs. They wore plastic booties over their shoes and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves, leaving no mess.

The next day they waited at our house for hours for the HERS testing and the city inspector. First, Justin (the second-in-command) was here for about three hours finalizing work on our new unit and/or waiting in his truck. Then Kevin relieved him of duty, waiting in his truck until the inspector came. Both the HERS testing and city inspection passed without incident.

Overall, the staff of Central Air Services were friendly and highly professional. We are extremely happy that we went through Central Air Services!
