Incredible company to do business with. The management team is incredibly thorough and the entire company is very tech advanced for an industry that is often stuck in older methods.

This guy Brandon was supposed to be here at 4 pm for a estimate on a job he didn't show up or bother calling to say he was tied up and it would be later whi would want to do a business with this loser.

First I was going to wait until I received a call back from HR but I've decided to go ahead and give my review to make sure it is seen.

Mom after around 3pm I was traveling from Lucerne Valley to Apple Valley with my HAZARDS on driving in a bald spare heading to get a new tire after a massive tire blow out. No one had even a spare tire and no truck could help until tomorrow. So I was in dire straits. Fitting for a Mon where I was already dealing with a call to pick up my mother in law from the hospital in Orange County. So you can imagine the level of stress I was in with a massive work truck proudly displaying Pro Craft Construction on the side decided to ram up as close as possible trying to force me to go faster down the 18. No regards to my HAZARDS on our why I might be in need of them being on. It's a 2 lane highway. No where for me to even go. Or for him to safely pass. Patience couldn't kept everyone safe. But a company that boats safety as first priority has a truck with at least 2 employees in it pushing a car with emergency lights on driving allow down the road. Make it make sense.

If I don't hear back, I will call again. And if need be I'll report to whoever is above HR. This could've become a fatal incident especially on highway 18

Referred to this company by a prior customer. Daniel responded same day providing emergency service clean up dirty water in the kitchen and laundry room. After cleanup and drying was completed, Daniel provided a very detailed complete estimate for the repairs. The company was also able to work with our homeowners insurance and the job was completed in less than 2,weeks start to finish. I would happily recommend them to any of my friends, family & business associates.

My kitchen looks beautiful! I am excited to have family over for Christmas. I was scared in the beginning as my insurance was trying to cut me short. The office staff Corey, Justin and Maya helped me on getting my rebuild payment approved. The guys that showed up to my home were very helpful and explaining what was getting done in my home.

It was a pleasure working with Justin and his team. They were quick respond to all my questions and thorough in their explanations. In terms of the project, they handle everything with care and completed the work earlier than expected. Overall, outstanding service and I would definitely recommend

The All American Mitigation team: Enrique, Richard, Ricky and Tim did a great job putting my master bedroom/bathroom back together after water leak damage. The front office helped navigate the homeowners insurance which was a big help too! I have already shared their contact information with family and highly recommend All American Mitigation to anyone needing a home repair. I will be contacting them again for future home projects!

I was referred to All American Mitigation Co. by a friend who is a plumber. He stated he had done some work for them a number of times. He stated he liked their work and recommended them. Wow! What a great company! They showed up with a full crew to assess the damage, ready to get to work. The next day, flooring was cut out. A dehumidifier machine was installed as well. Daniel, the lead guy for mitigation explained everything in great detail. What his company would do regarding water damage, how to deal with the insurance company and it all went smoothly. He stated that the entire kitchen would more than likely need replacement along with plumbing that would need repairs. After speaking with All American Mitigation, they reassured me that everything would turn out alright. The worst part is all of this happened during the holidays.

From dealing with LeAnn and Monica at the office, to each group of lead personnel that supervised the content removal from our house to the storage pod, including the people that removed built in cabinets, then installed the cabinets, flooring and countertops and sink with plumbing, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. The main person who handled all of the contracts for removal, storage, materials and rebuilding, Zirena helped us do this painlessly. She recommended an aesthetic that has great appeal and we’ve had many compliments in the short time the work was done. She knows her stuff and was very professional. Did I say the owner Corey is a Marine combat veteran? Yes and he is very down to earth. He has a lot of experience and expertise and the way his company is run along with having great employees shows. I can’t recommend this company enough! They will be my go to company if anything else goes wrong god forbid! The company is based out of Redlands, CA and I’m sure does work in many out lying areas in Southern California, especially the Inland Empire. We are very happy with the work they did. They were very accommodating and finished the work in a reasonable time. My own insurance company caused over a two week delay otherwise, everything would have been done sooner! I can’t say enough about how great it was to have All American Mitigation Co. do everything from repairing damages to the final installation and restoration.

As a single mother with a full time job, this company has accommodated their schedule to fix mine and work with me. Corey was a pleasure to speak with as he talked to me as a person understood what needed to get done in my home. He has such a wonderful team who makes sure you are taken care of. Justin and maya have become very special to me as they would stand up for me to my adjuster and would let me keep peace of mind that everything would be ok. I give this place 10 stars for their hard work.

Completed in a timely manner.. His crew worked efficiently in making sure the vents and the air ducts were cleaned thoroughly to my satisfaction.. They took time to explain to me what they were doing and why. They took pictures so I could see the before and after and that was important to me for comparison. This company is so efficient. When you call you call you actually talk to someone who cares and is knowledgeable. I will sure use them again for all my water damage, plumbing, mold removal, mold inspection, duct and vent cleaning.. I do recommend them to all my family and business associates as they are exemplary and they keep their word. Corey and your whole crew, keep doing the good work , honesty and integrity and blessings will continue to come your way.

The people at All American are awesome. Justin bent over backwards to get my job handled in a timely manner with outstanding work. He went out of his way to get things done even when it made his schedule more difficult. When Daniel was on site he pointed out an issue with my fridge that was going to end up being a big problem in the future which I greatly appreciate. Also Maya kept me in the loop with consistent updates and was happy to answer any questions I had. Thank you so much to the staff that helped me. Your efforts are greatly appreciated

They came out and did a mold inspection for us and they didn't hesitate to crawl into our attic space to actually inspect the entire area, WOW!

Gave us good news that there was no mold damage caused by the water leak in our roof and they gave it a clean bill of health instead of bidding on a job that didn't need done, THAT'S HONESTY!
