All American mitigation was probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. They lie to you. Their workers are on such a tight schedule they hurry to get the job done and they make mistakes. It took them almost 2 years to the complete the work and there are still problems. I won't have them back in my home. It took a call to BBB to get them back here to make my home liveable. They also told me they wouldn't come unless I removed my complaint from BBB. I did remove comments. I keep my word. I would avoid this company.

Chase was extremely professional and did a detailed walkthrough of my home when I had a water leak pop up. His knowledge and expertise left me feeling confident in his work and planning. So glad I found Chase and this company!

We had a great experience with this company. We chose them due to their stellar reviews online. They quickly arrived at our home where we were experiencing a pipe leak. The water was immediately taken care of and equipment was placed to start the drying process. They often checked on the house and kept us updated as the drying progressed. We did have one small issue with invoicing, but it was resolved beyond our expectations by the owner. We would highly recommend this company. Would definitely use them again, although we are hoping we wont have to.

It was a pleasure dealing with the whole staff of All American Mitigation at this trying time of getting my property redone. They were all very helpful and the customer service was wonderful. They responded to my questions and concerns quickly. All the workers were so courteous and professional. They arrived on the scheduled time and did a full days' work.

Chris and Valentine are awesome guys to work with. They're willing to go the extra mile to help their customer. They were very polite, kind and considerate. Valentine works hard to get the job done. Chris went above and beyond to ensure he was providing excellent customer service. I'm very thankful to have had these guys assigned to my project. The All American Mitigation team as a whole are a bunch of great people to do business with. They made my unpleasant experience pleasant.

Val was great after his renovation and restoration he did after my mold issue was amazing. His friendly attitude and his attention to detail and knowledge on what he does is amazing. I recommend you guys hiring val for any of your mold or flood issues.

My interaction with this company was negative., I had some water damage and in order for them to come out and look at it they charge a $199 inspection fee. That is absolutely ridiculous. If I do not use this company then I just wasted $200. No thanks, I work hard for the money and I will not just give someone $200 for no reason.

Had an unfortunate roof leak after some heavy rain and All-American mitigation came out to assess and remove the damaged areas. Jonathan and Valentine were very thorough, informative and professional. They quarantined the work area so that no dust would spread to the rest of the house, and they left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. I highly recommend All American Mitigation if you find yourself in a similar unfortunate situation.

I can say that American Mitigation responded very quickly to our call. Valentine came out right away and evaluated the damage. He set up mitigation efforts immediately. They walked me through everything they would do to fix the damage from the leak. All three people that were sent to complete this job, Valentine, Nathan, and Eddie, were all professional and very cordial. We would absolutely use this company again, but sincerely hope that we never have to see them again!

I used this company for a leak in a rental in the city of Jurupa Valley. They answered the phone right away and went to the property.
They were efficient in securing the property so we could show later to the insurance company that everything was done in the right and expected manner so they could pay us back. Insurance stated that all work was done as industry standards required and I liked the fact that they opened all walls on the bottom, place fans and meassure daily the humidity levels until these dissapeared to the acceptable levels.
Overall, satisfied.

The company came out promptly and was very professional. At the end of the day our insurance denied our claim but All American was easy to work with to resolve the bill. I would recommend them to anyone stuck in our situation.

The crew members for the initial flooding were good. They took out the drywall quickly and were prompt.
We had a lot of issues dealing with the restoration process. They had us pay some of the costs upfront while waiting for the insurance check to come to them, and then it took months for us to get reimbursed after they got the insurance money. We ended up having to hire someone else to finish the rest of the restoration work. It was a big headache

I was referred to All American Mitigation after a flood in my home and, although insurance delayed my demo and rebuild for months, they were in constant communication with me, patient, and supportive. When I was finally able to begin work, they were swift, reliable, professional, and extremely responsive. They made my home livable for my family just in time for Christmas, and worked through the holidays to finish up and ensure everything was perfect. In the end I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors over the years, but I definitely recommend this team!

All American Restoration & Mitigation Company came to my rescue and eased a lot of the stress of the major repair due to an upstair tub water leak. We had to get our entire kitchen ceiling removed then put back together again and repaint the entire kitchen and living area redone. They were very helpful, and always stayed in contact with me. This home was our rental in California but we live in Texas. So you can imagine the stressful moments being in a different state. Justin was very professional and was always in communication with me regarding all steps and process to getting this major work done in our home. Valentine was very professional and helpful when he came to the house to get measurements and a plan started to put the kitchen back together again. I was able to meet with Valentine at the house during my short trip to access all damages. Jordon Texted me when he was heading over to the house to work on the kitchen ceiling and also communicated with me when he was at the house.
I highly recommend this company for any and all restoration and mitigation work. The guys were all very professional and caring of the situation and very personable. This is a company you can trust and they will get the job done and go over a beyond. I even asked if they would fix and install a new smoke detector for me and they said yes and are working on that small project.
Justin , Jordon and Valentine were great and friendly to work with from a distance. This was a major repair due to Water leaks and home owners worst nightmare. As you can see in the photos.

With the floods here in Texas you should open up a branch here. There is a lot of great Texans who are going to need a trustworthy company like All American Restoration & Mitigation and people like you guys to fix their homes.

Valentine from All American was able to make it to my home on a Sunday morning. I was so grateful when he arrived not long after my phone call. I had had a water issue under my kitchen sink that I was able to stop shortly after it happened. However I was concerned it the wood and drywall may have become too saturated.

Valentine did a detailed inspection, explaining to me along the way what he was checking and what he was finding. Fortunately, he assured me that I had caught it in time before there was a problem.

The inspection fee was reasonable for emergency weekend service and it was well worth it to be reassured that there wasn't damage done.

I had a great experience working with this team from start to finish. They completed the project in a timely manner and stayed on schedule, which I really appreciated. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process—they kept me updated and were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

What stood out the most was their willingness to work within my budget without cutting corners. They were honest, transparent, and helped find solutions that made sense financially while still delivering quality work.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and efficient construction work.

Reliable. Very good communicator. Friendly to work with. We recommend. He has done six projects for us. Started with two small granite countertop installations. Then renovated two houses that had no windows or drywall, remodeled from the studs. Then converted a garage to an ADU with permits. Then currently they are renovating two homes. Honest and does fair accounting.
