I hired Good Neighbor for a balcony repair/renovation and Carlos was very thorough in his explanation of what would be done. Once demolition was complete, they identified actual structural issues that would have a significant change in the scope of the project. They provided different options and spent the time to really go over each until we had a plan that everyone was comfortable with. While the project cost and scope changed by quite a bit, this wasn’t the normal bait and switch I’ve experienced before. Carlos and his team did quality work and went out of their way to make sure it was a good experience. The communication was extensive and professional. As a consumer I pay close attention to how the quality of businesses treat their customers and of course the quality of their products or work; for this reason I felt compelled to give my honest opinion about Good Neighbor Construction.

Initially I had a wood siding issue that needed to be addressed as quick as possible. After several proposals, I felt that Good Neighbor Construction was the most customer service oriented of all the companies I had talked to. Carlos the owner, who I spoke with from the start, not only offered to meet with me remotely on a weekend during the holidays, he also was patient and very forthcoming when addressing my questions and I had a lot! Good Neighbor Construction did such quality work at a fair price, that I ended up having them re-roof my house and re-build my balcony. Carlos had assured me that he would make this big project the least overwhelming for me and my family as possible, and he delivered! Good Neighbor Construction took care of dealing with all the paperwork asked from my HOA and the City.
From the roofers, to the painters, to Carlos, and everyone else in between, they all went above and beyond to ensure my family’s daily lifestyle was interrupted as least as possible.

I started the design for an ADU about a year ago. I was very fortunate to find and hire Good Neighbor Construction to build it. Construction started last July.

Carlos is great to work with. His crews did a great job. Carlos kept me very informed throughout the process. We exchanged hundreds of texts and we met frequently to discuss the progress and any changes in the scope of work.

The plumber for the project happens to be his younger brother Alex (Simple Plumbing), who did a great job. I was very impressed with his attention to details. I didn’t hesitate to call Alex to fix an emergency water leak in the existing house.

All the exterior work has been completed and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome so far. I included some photos of before and after that show how the new construction fits perfectly with the existing house. I highly recommend Good Neighbor Construction.

Worst experience at Home Depot I asked for something was they sent me the wrong I'll ask somebody else or something was they sent me the wrong I'll again I had asked a third person I went to the back out to get it it was just I was there three times as long as I needed to be

Says they install fencing at the front door next to the fence samples. Went inside got scheduled for an in home estimate. A week later after many phone calls and the run around, get the final answer from the assistant manager. "We don't install fences, not just our store all stores in this region. They don't even know what services they offer or not in their own store.

On 4-7-2013 I went in Home Depot in Redlands to purchase a security screen door.
This is June 1 and I still do not have an installed screen door, even though, I have a bill for $600.00.
I waited three weeks not hearing from Homedepot so I went down to find out what happen to my door. Upon talking with them they called a week later and said the door had come in and it would be installed the following week. The installer came out with the door. The door could not be installed because it did not come with a screen. A security screen door without a screen??? That was a week ago and I still have not heard from Home Depot. This is the first of the month and they expect me to pay on a door they have not installed. This is the worst service I have experienced in many years. Once this problem is solved Home Depot will never see me again.

Despite having read other reviews regarding poor performance, lack of attention, poor communications, and unreliable service, I decided to make a purchase for my blinds from this store which has been a great mistake.

They told me it will take maximum 3 weeks. It's been a month and they don't even have my blinds cut.

They have told me multiple times that they will contact me and they have not.

They do not answer the d phone and you are on hold for hours.

My suggestion is that if you are willing to spend some extra cash, then definitely go with another provider.
