This company is TOP NOTCH! Ricky came out after hours when my wife discovered water leaking from one of our floodlights. They were so quick to respond that no damage was done upstairs. Daniel followed up and I can't thank him enough. Ricky and Roger came back to fix the downstairs ceiling and were fantastic. You can't tell anything went wrong at all. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Daniel, Corey, and the crew were amazing! They were very easy to communicate with and were prompt in responding. They were professional and friendly. We were comfortable having them in our home. They went out of their way (Daniel's tent architecture was a masterpiece!) to prevent dust and construction work from overtaking the house. They were clean, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Daniel was very knowledgeable in a variety of areas and lent his expertise to us to help us find answers we were needing from another specialty. We would gladly use them again and would definitely refer them to friends and family.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with All American Mitigation. They did very good and professional work and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. Not only was the work done well but the employees ( Val and B-rad) were very nice, respectful, and made me feel comfortable. I know who I will call when if I ever have another problem.

We highly recommend All American Restoration, they have reasonable prices, they do great work, and are friendly. They did all the jobs in a timely manner and left no mess. They took care of our mold problem, the plumbing that the leak came from n also put in a new bathroom sink. They did such a great job we also had them fixed our broken gate door and built us a new one. We love everything they did for us! We're so happy and relieved that we no longer have a mold problem, a new sink, and a new working gate. We would recommend them to anyone and we definitely will be using them for our future jobs of improvement to our house. Thank you Cory and Arnold for a job very well done. 😁 👍👍

Called for an estimate for fire repair they wanted to charge me 500$ for scope and sketch. Plenty other contractors will do for free. I cannot pay and commit not charge my bill USAA 500$ they are not going to pay every restoration for every company $ for estimate. I would like to see three estimates at a minimum. So I’m being forced to use one company because they charge 500$ and waive it to homeowners if I use them. Nice on phone great rating but that makes me feel uneasy. I only wanted written estimate for fire and mold. I want to show and meet contractor and ask questions when they come I want to meet them in person. What is your procedure fire damage and damage to roof? Do you protect interior flooring the roof is a flat roof. How are you going to stop water penetration? Water travels how is this company going to stop the water while I’m waiting for permit from city. How long does or is it going to take for your company to get permits with city?Are you going to protect property asap or wait for permits? I’m 80 years old I cannot climb on roof and I need it done right. Who are the persons working on my home. Handy man licensed sub contractors who are subbed out to contractor. Do they have insurance? I have you come for a estimate your going to make money from my insurance $1000s and 1000s and you want me to pay to come see my property and give me estimate and I’m a fire victim. No thank you. There’s plenty of free no cost contractor estimate by reputable five star contractors to handle fire and mold damage and a roof eves and a garage structure. I have great insurance USAA. I worked with Valentine several times and he is extremely knowledgeable about mold recovery and is super accommodating. The service was very good and I was impressed with his knowledge. He’s the right guy for the job!!

We had our bathroom remodeled due to a plumbing leak. Justin was very helpful and accommodating. Val was personable and did great work. Ricky and his crew also did a great job on the painting and flooring and drywall. Every worker on the job acted professionally and were receptive to our every question concerning the job.

Valentine was amazing. He was very responsive and was able to provide a quote over the phone and came out to perform the service same day and made sure everythingwas resolved to my satisfaction. I'd highly recommend this company and will be calling them again if I need their services in the future.

Valentine was amazing and very professional. We had a leak that we were concerned would lead to mold issues. Valentine came out, examined our damages, assessed our situation and provided reassuring feedback that our home was safe as we were taking the correct steps to mitigate concerns. While we only had a consultation with Valentine and All American Restoration, the professionalism, honesty and quick response were enough for us to know we would work with this company in the future if needed.

All American mitigation was amazing. They’re professionals, prompt and a full service organization. Lindsey Beal was informative and knowledgeable. The team that did the work was Ricky, Richard, Roger and Jesus. Completed restoration was within 24 hours and my home is once again a home.

Justin was so help full he provided great service I needed a boarding, and he went on beyond and provided a locksmith and the job was done on the spot. it was late and he got someone out there withing less than 30 minutes. Will definitely recommend the company to everyone GREAT SERVICE they deserve more than five stars.

The 5 stars are for Edward, right now. He was so good! Efficient, hard working and understanding. If you saw something you wanted done a certain way, he was very kind, patient would satisfy our request.
He did a great job.

My mother's very expensive rug is missing without explanation. For several months we were told that it was being cleaned. Then when they couldn't use that excuse anymore, according to them is was all of a sudden damaged - which is NOT true. When we disputed that claim they went back and said it was missing. Also, during my mother's repairs she opted to sell her old cabinets, which is her right. A member of management stated that her wanting to sell her cabinets was a felony... who says that about a senior citizen? This issue is still pending as we are filing a claim on their bond and have filed a police report. Regardless of how they respond below to what I have said, I will say the experience my mother has had does not match the other reviews. The 1 star is a courtesy... If I could give no stars I would. If you do business with them read that contract thoroughly. I unfortunately live out of state and was not here when my mother signed the contract - If I were, I would have suggested another company. We chose All American because of their reviews, and unfortunately it looks like we chose wrong.

Did a great job restoring my kitchen cabinets and flooring after we had a problem with water damage. They made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction and even came back out to fix issues months later when we were near the end of the warranty period. They stand behind their work, and I would use them again.

Valentine and his assistant Cody went above and beyond to help my mom and I with an odd problem with our floor buckling. They spent a lot of time problem solving to determine the cause of our issue. They listened to our concerns and offered their expertise during a stressful time. We really appreciate their professionalism and would recommend All American Mitigation to anyone struggling with possible water damage.

“Hats off” to such an awesome, reliable and thorough company when called to remove the water damage in my kitchen, den, hallway bathroom and living room. They sent their best technician Joel Carrierem to perform his work, expertise and comfort during this trying event. He began with explaining the process and everyday that he came to check out the progress, he displayed genuine concern which was very comforting. He showed professionalism, was extremely knowledgeable, very concerned, he was punctual, and always asked if we had any questions about the on going-process.
