Josh was great. Fixed the issue that I had for 6 months. Pricing was initially confusing with the lady over the phone but Josh saved the day with fixing it and explaining thoroughly.

Pride Plumbing Services - Adam, was very professional and took his time to make sure everything was in order before starting the repairs and provided post repair instructions and valve maintenance tips. As of now I'm pleased with the repairs; 1 year parts and labor warranty is always good. Thank you!

So I called pride plumbing for a issues I was having in my laundry room which the washer hose was backing up and also my front yard was getting flooded and they sent Daniel Dan Lopez to the job to see what the issue was and Dan said I needed to do trenches in my front yard and he also said the estimate would be 29000.00 to get all the job done he said my laundry room pipes and my kitchen pies were curoded well me being a single mother I saved up money to pay for just the piping to be done well I then hire pride plumbing and let me just tell every one who reads this post it was a disaster so my laundry room never had water flooding out besides my pipe to the washer and then the walls were brining water into my laundry room my front porch were they dug out was cavinging in and my patio also was leaking. I CONTACTED THE OWNER MIKE AND I had him look at the job and I showed him what was the issues and I also called another company local to give me a second opinion and let me just say when they sent the technician Dan back he was very rude and every thing and more that I address this worker was rude did not go over any of what needed to be fixed one of my little ones who is 4 almost feel into the hole that was caving in let me just say I cansay more but the owner needs to train his workers more with customer service and being honest about their work I know have to spend alot more and I also need to hire another company to fix pride plumbing worker Dan Job dont bite the hand that feeds you

Since we’ve been hearing water running through our home for about a month. I reached out to Pride Plumbing, Steve came out on a Wednesday. Informed us it was a slab leak, the cost and all the details, pros and cons. After I determined it was best to just re-pipe our whole home since it is 34 years old. Instead of doing patch work, and end up paying more later.
Steve explained the whole process in detail with me. Explained it would take 2 days, one day for the plumbing and one day to re-drywall.
Steve scheduled his plumbers to come out the next day, Thursday to do the are-piping.
Then the next day Friday the drywall crew came out and re-dry walked everything at not extra cost.
Then the following week, Tuesday (today) they had a cleaning crew from Maids 2000 come out and deep clean our home (everywhere work was done). I was surprised they offered this and paid for it themselves.
My wife was so pleased with the cleaning crew, she decided to hire them for a monthly service.
Though all this, Steve kept in contact with me through every step of the way. He called and texted me to assure and follow up with me if everything going good.
I couldn’t be more pleased with all 3 crews that came by that worked here in our home! I’ll define referring my friends and family to Pride Plumbing (Steve) if I hear anyone with plumbing needs! Thank You!

We called for a plumping issue and got same day service. I’m usually skeptical because some companies aren’t honest and try to persuade you into things that aren’t necessary. These guys were very honest and professional. They showed up the next day to do a sewer pipe repair. They worked really hard all day digging 4 feet deep having to saw and axe their way through a lot of pine tree roots. They did a really good job. Did not price gouge. The work they did was worth what we paid. 5 star recommendation.

Tonight Pride Plumbing took a bad situation and frustration then fixed it upon request. I want to give thanks to Jon Morel who was able to help us tonight and get us back up and running at an hour that most people would be settling down for the night with their families. Thank you Jon we appreciated your services and professionalism.

Our main water supply line went out. Massive flooding of the lawn and street, with no water in the house as a result. Rob came out quickly and got us up and running within a couple of hours, when every other plumber that I called told us that wet would be without water for at least 24 hours. Rob saved our holiday weekend and I will never use another plumber or HVAC guy as long as Rob is around! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend! The Plumber went above and beyond to help fix our toilet. Gave 3 different options to make sure we didn’t pay a very large bill to fix it. They were very accommodating, friendly, professional and great at their job.

I guess I'll see you guys in court again after having to find another plumber to fix your faulty work. At least you could return my call. Also they are doing the contract work that was promissory for the tankless water heater that I made a appointment for and you did not show up or give me a call to tell me you were not coming. Maybe you shold get your story correct. Your plumber came on my property after I made repeated calls to your office about there faulty work and tryed to demand I pay them. After your plumber tryed forced entry into my house I defended myself and no charges or convictions have been placed on me. The continued court casses you will be involved in will prove this and I will be fighting to be compensated to this fact. My number has been unblocked and I would appreciate a call! Your email needs to be updated and I would appreciate if you would answer your phone instead of a voicemail.

On Saturday, December 13, 2025, I experienced a shower leak that required copper welding and replacement of the tub handle control valve. Aidan, the technician, did exceptional work.
