We have an older home. Our toilets and showers backed up. They got back to us quickly and we’re prompt and on time. The service was exceptional. Ramon and Fernando were so pleasant, professional, honest and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and they went above and beyond to resolve our issue. We would definitely recommend this company!

Sewer was backed up at my house and needed it to be cleared. Called Ramon from Tri-City Pluming & Rooter Service and he came to my house in under 30 minuets. He got the job done fast and was very professional. Good prices and very friendly. I will recommend him to all of you for your home services and business services. Will definitely give him a call back for other plumbing issues in my home. I will also recommend Ramon to all my friends and family members. You sir got 5 stars!!! Good job.

I called Ramon at Tri City Plumbing to check out my water heater at 8AM. He asked for my address and told me he would be out within the hour. He showed up shortly thereafter. He explained the issues with the water heater and why it needed to be completely replaced. He was very professional and gave me a fair price to do the work and said he could do it immediately. He was done around 11AM and did a nice clean install. Thank you Ramon...Job well done sir!

One of best experiences I've had with a plumber. I've used the bigger names in the past, but I read the reviews about personal and courteous service so I decided to call. Ramon picked up in seconds and was working on the repair in about 30 minutes. Prices were reasonable and there was absolutely no up-selling or pressure to do anything. Will definitely use Ramon again.

Update: had a second plumbing emergency, HE PICKED UP THE PHONE ON HIS VACATION! I told him to get off the phone and enjoy his time off, but just wanted to post to let people know the ownership Ramon takes with his customers.

This is the absolute best experience I’ve had, with calling a plumber to fix an issue at my home!
Ramon, came out & identified the issue causing my clogged up sinks. Within an hours time my clogs were cleared up.
He also recommended improvements that could help me alleviate any issues I would have in the future.

Tri-City Plumbing did an excellent job of fixing my leaking toilet and replaced my sink faucet. I will definitely use them again based on the price and work done.

So the other night when we we're in bed , My wife and I could hear a weird sound in the wall, it sounded like water was running constantly, it never stopped and we hadn't ever heard that sound go for Soo long before with none using any water. Then the next morning my wife was walking barefoot in the kitchen and she felt a spot in our kitchen where the tiles were hot. We knew we had to call a plumber, we tried a few companies that never got back to us then we came across TriCity plumbing, we called and right away Ramon answered and listened to our problem, he was out the same day, found the issue, scheduled for work the next day and took care of the problem efficiently and clean. He was very honest and gave us a much better price than we expected from our neighbors horror stories and how much they had to pay. He was very professional and we will be calling only Tri City Plumbing from now on. Thank you again Ramon! Life saver for sure👍

Ramon was a very kind gentlemen. He helped my 94 year old Aunt with a replacement kitchen faucet. He did a great job and answered all her questions. He was above and beyond accommodating and helpful to her. We appreciated his prompt and thorough service to her.

2nd time we’ve used Tri City Plumbing. And this will be the 2nd time I’m motivated to leave a positive review. Very professional, prompt service. Left my house clean and fixed exactly what they came to fix. No upselling, just honest good hard working individuals. I recommend Ramon or Fernando any day of the week. If I could give zero stars would. I had a terrible experience with this company. I called on a Wed, they said they could be out Thur @ 3, I called at 3:45 and was told they were on the way. Long story short, it's Fri @ almost 4:30 and I've heard nothing from this business.
I do not recommend this business.

These guys are the best. We've had them come do work at our home a few times now. Great service, fast response, reasonable prices. Definitely recommend them.

Twice, I've used Discount Plumbing, and every single time, they were awesome. Although I beleive its unreasonable to expect a service company, to arrive at the exact, time, the gentleman arrived 20 minutes early..To me, More important than their on time arrival, is their low, affordable price. I just texted the company, again, this morning. My kitchen drain is clogged.

Called on a Tuesday late afternoon, they said they would be out Wednesday morning to fix our dishwasher. He was on time, got the job done fast and we had a lovely conversation! Great work and this isn’t the first time Discount Plumbing has helped us in a jam!
