I had a large water leak in my main hot water line under my slab, a pressure valve replacement and a toil repair. My friend recommended Pride, she was very happy with work they had done for her. Dan L. and Josh came to do the repair, they were amazing! I was given options for the repairs with NO sales pressure for upgrades. They were professional, polite, fast, respectful of my home and did a great job cleaning up around the repair site. I highly recomend Pride Plumbing and will use them for any future plumbing need I may have.

I called and was able to get a technician to my house within a few hours. Jesse was professional and was able to assess the situation immediately. He explained what needed to be done as well as the cost. When completed he showed me everything and left the place spotless!!

Hired them to install central air. It was done professionally and timely. Have hired them since for odd jobs here and there and I highly recommend

As a cautious consumer, I’m always skeptical in who I choose for service.
This is not the case with Pride Plumbing. From my initial call on a Sat afternoon in a panic, to them showing up the very next day (Sunday), it couldn’t have been a better experience! Most plumbing services charge a premium for a weekend service. Not Pride.
Adam showed up and spent over an hour explaining everything and providing all options. He even explained ways to save costs.
Over selling is not in Pride Plumbing’s vocabulary.
We had three toilets installed by them on a Sunday and couldn’t be happier.
Service and quality of work is excellent.
This is absolutely the best experience my wife and I have ever had with a plumber.
They earned a lifetime customer!

We were visiting our cabin in Big Bear for just two days and needed a quick solution for a pair leaky faucets: one bathroom sink fixture, one hose bib on the exterior. After placing a call, in spite of it being the 4th of July weekend, we were visited by Bill & Dave in less than two hours' time. They discussed our options to repair or replace and, in a surprisingly short amount of time, the guys were shaking our hands and saying goodbye, with repairs already completed.

Responsive, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly fast. It's nice to know we have (finally!) found our go-to guys for any future pluming issues. So far so good. These guys came out today. Their names were Tyler and Junior. Very professional. Tyler was able to show me things that were so helpful especially during emergency situations like the one I was pretty much in. In all the years I have lived here, no other plumber or general contractor has been able to figure these simple things out. So I am super grateful. Basically, my water heater spewed out gushing water AGAIN yesterday, and not only were they able to fix the problem, they were able to determine the actual root cause of this problem that I have been having for years, which saves me a ton of $$. Just wish I knew of them earlier. I would've saved a lot more. Now I am just waiting on an estimate. Hopefully their price to fix will be reasonable.

Also, communication has been stellar, from making the appointment, all the way to their arrival. For example, if you call them, they pick up or call you right back. They also communicate thru texts and let you know when they are on their way. They arrived exactly in the time window they said they would, by the way. You could tell this company this company works as a team and has integrity, which is rare these days.

Not everybody will crawl under a mobile home :) Pride Plumbing did an excellent job, no hesitation getting under there and knocking out a problem before it got bigger. I highly recommend their services. As a home owner, property manager and Realtor, I've dealt with many company's over the years. Pride Plumbing is worthy of making that call, always prompt service and techs are pleasant and knowledgeable.

Left us a loose faucet and handles that are cockeyed, that's after having them come back 3 times for the fixture crushing our countertop because it doesn't fit. Also left us with a sprayer that catches and yanks on our angle stops.

I tried to bring these things up to them and the guy (Matt) just argues with me and tries to tell me there's nothing wrong and it's user error.

They keep sending this guy over and I can't even get him to check under a sink for me, he literally stands around, tells his apprentices what to do, and brags about how good he is at Basketball.

The opposite of Pride. Each time they tighten our bathroom faucet to make it stop moving it crushes the tile more and more.

Jesse and Cruz responded the same day to an issue I had with the bathroom faucet not turning off. They were polite, professional and were able to quickly solve the problem. I appreciated them telling me in advance that if the cartridge was stuck then they would have to do more extensive work. Thankfully, they were able to remove the cartridge easily and the faucet worked great after replacing the cartridge.

Josh did an excellent job, not only keeping me informed, trust and knowledge.

I have been a customer of Pride Plumbing for almost 2 years and will never call any other plumber's again. Most dependable, honest, fast response and fair prices. Thank You Bill and Jessie for your service and attention to detail.

Two years ago exactly this company installed a toilet for me. They did a poor job of sealing and installing and within the last few weeks, it has leaked from the bottom. I called them and two very nice techs came out and fixed the issue which required re installing the same toilet. Josh was very nice and got me a coupon so I got about $100 off. However I should not have had to pay $325.00 for service to a company that did not install it correctly in the first place. I was very happy with the service today but do not feel this price was fair. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Got a quote over the phone to replace a leaky garden hose bib. 150-250 estimate. I said ok, a bit high but I need it done. After arriving 40 minutes late for the appointment window. The guy tells me 900!! Didn’t even look behind the wall. A hose bib that I can get for 20 on amazon!! Full on criminals. I told him that’s robbery and get off my property. Do not call these crooks.

Technician Ed was thorough and pleasant to work with. At one point he needed a special part to complete the job and he didn’t rest until he found a supply store who would have it. He also helped me select the right faucet to replace our old one. Great to work with.
