From Adam who was right on about what needed to be done to repair our duplex that had suffered major water damage and was sinking, his correct estimate as to what the cost would be to repair it, how long the process would take, to Manuel and Summer, and the others who worked in the office..and, the amazing construction crew-- Tony, Lloyd, and, the other hardworking men who worked alongsideTony, and, Lloyd, the expertise, the knowledge, the craftsmanship of being able to raise our duplex to it's necessary level without damage to any of the windows, plus, adding neccessary drainage strategically, plus, the beneficial relocation of the sump pump, this company was a blessing to have them work for us.
The team always let us know in advance what the next step in repairing our duplex would be, and, then, again, let us know when that task was complete. Whenever we had any questions, they were all easy to reach by phone, and, were always very patient and clear in all of their answers to our questions.
This major undertaking started around November and was completed in early February, which actually shows how determined the team was to finish the job in a timely fashion despite many rainy days in between.
Highly, highly recommend NorCal Ramjack.

Avoid these guys they invested on so much online advertising and videos don't belive that bs find a honest local contractor they will stop comunicating after finishing

If I could give zero stars I would the company is a complete waste of time unprofessional and half the company has no teeth does the company even have heath benefits?? I wouldn't know but it doesn't seem likely the Manager bk is on drugs and a random drug test from the owners would help the company get back on track the guy is clearly high and does not get along with anyone else in the company seems like a change of Management is what's needed most I wouldn't waste my money on failed equipment if your considering using this company ask for Justin pike

Initial issue explained to rep. (pier and beam issue) web page lists lists the company deals with pier and beam issues. The foundation guy came out and spent may15 minutes inside and out and said they don't work on pier and beam issues (wth) so it was a waste of time. They shouldn't advertise that if it's not true.

I tried to hire Norcal Ram Jack to do some foundation repair since I read good reviews about them, but the first sign of trouble was when they call me to reschedule at the last minute and after I'd already taken time off from work, but kind of understood it happens, on the second appointment the rep was late, I started to have my doubts, but it was ok I needed it the estimate, after i received another proposal from another company I decide yo use Ram Jack I even applied and was approved for a loan to get the job done, The rep told me everything was good and ready to go and to expect a call from them with in 3 to 4 weeks after 3 weeks and nobody calling me I decide to call the rep but he didn't answer so I sent a text message, after a while I received a call from a lady at the office saying that I need to give my credit card for the down payment and to sign some documents I said that I gave that info to the rep about a month ago and the rep said everything was good and ready to go, she said she din't know anything about it. so I din't get the job done.

Javier and his crew worked to level our foundation January 2020. The entire crew worked hard under challenging conditions to accomplish the job in a timely manner. Satisfied with the work they completed.

So disappointed in this company. I wish this review was about their actual work... but I can't even get them to give me a price. They made me wait over a month to have someone come and do an estimate. The guy was there for a total of 15 minutes, took a few pictures and said he would send us an estimate by Monday..it was a wednesday. Completely understandable.... it has now been 3 weeks and still no estimate. I have called the guy who did the estimate, emailed and texted and nothing. I have called his company a few times and get the same BS excuse. The assistant in the office says ahh of course its Clayton, He's a little behind. I will have him call you immediately. And no one ever calls, this has happened 3 times now. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND.

This company is super shady and changes out their agreement on a whim. We paid $17K for them to pile our foundation for no more than a total of 4hours and the work they did created bigger problems. They did not address all of our concerns and used any possible cop out to get themselves out of liability or doing any further work. They aways took several days to respond back to any of our attempts at communication. Stay far away!

Very happy with my experience, particularly because of how BK handled our interaction. He is knowledgeable, polite, professional and gets things done. I had some questions on how to fix some foundation issues with a concrete slab that had cracks in it. That slab was also sinking on one side as well. BK took the time to talk with me, informed me of different options and walked me through what the process would be. It is obviously that this company knows what they are doing when it comes to fixing foundations.

NorCal RamJack helped me with a difficult waterfront shoring project. They were easy to work with and helpful in determining a suitable solution to my very unique situation. They were not deterred by site conditions and made it happen despite many challenges. They stuck with it and did what they said they would. I enjoyed working with them and they did a good job. They were recommended to me by a local engineer and I would recommend them as well.

Years ago, NorCal Ram Jack did a major home improvement project for my family, and because of their reliability and quality of work, I requested their assistance with my new home purchase and once again, NorCal Ram Jack came through! Thank you Ram Jack for amazing service and beautiful work!! I could not be happier!

Unbelievably unprofessional. James told me on Wednesday, November 9th they could complete the work 1-3 weeks, so I went ahead and signed a contract and then gave them a deposit. Fast forward to Friday November 17th, they have absolutely no idea when they are going to be able to do the work. But how? If a week and a half ago we were 1-3 weeks out, today we would be 1-1.5 weeks out, right?Should be pretty simple, unless of course it was all a lie to begin with. James has been texting me with excuses about why they can’t give me a rough start date. First it was because his boss was in Mexico. Then it was a family emergency (I sympathize with this but it isn’t relevant to the project schedule, as he is just a salesman and doesn’t drive production). Then he starts talking about “3 Day Buyer Right To Cancel” as to why they can’t give me a date (which isn’t even relevant because we have an executed contract and I gave them a $1000 deposit). James is not a professional and continuously defaulted on verbal commitments he made. I call the main office to try and get a straight answer from someone else. Autumn calls me, yells at me and acts unhinged, and says they are just going to cancel my contract and refund my deposit. Why? Because I demand a straight answer? How would you feel being told it would be 1-3 weeks and then after you sign a contract and give them money, the entire timeline changes? Seems like a classic bait and switch to me.

I was very impressed with everyone at Ram Jack that helped me fix my home's foundation issues. The price was competitive and well worth all the work that was needed to stabilize my home. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me understand what was being done and why. I strongly recommend Ram Jack.
