We were experiencing some noise in our floor after an addition and a remodel. Our builder sent out Norcal Ramjack to inspect the issue. Hector quickly identified the issues and then went to work. The work area is very small but he got in there like it was his office. He was diligent and prepared for the job and did great work. Super cool guy. If I have any foundation issues in the future I know I can call Ramjack to fix it.

I’ve literally had to share screenshots with other employees of RamJack just so they know what is going on. I still don’t know who is actually in charge of my project. 3 different people act like they are.

I seriously can go on and on. It all started with a toilet drop off with no notice from RamJack and I had to figure out what was going on.

We recently used NorCal Ram Jack to raise the foundation on a home we own in the Gold River area near Sacramento. We had quotes from several companies and NorCal had the best price. I had the worst experience with this company! I give them one star if I had it to do over I would not pick NorCal Ram Jack! Bad experience started from day one to finish too many lies. Too many things were wrong to list but the most important one is the foremen reported back to the office that they replaced 7 post out of 16 under my house when in fact they replaced none. The crew also left a mess on the street and the sidewalk not just my house but the next door neighbors house. The cement replaced was bad and is already crumbling after three days. I really hope they don't do this to someone else going forward.

Ram Jack from start to finish was highly professional. James, who came to measure our home and place a bid, was polite, thorough, and explained everything from history of the company, materials that would be used, and how it all would be completed. Communication from the superintendent and the foreman of the job was wonderful; we knew every step that was to be made and what would be happening every day. The crew was on-time, clean, safe, and my husband and myself were very impressed with the whole team's work ethic. We highly recommend this company.

First, we feel thankful RamJack was willing to come assist us when we are about 2 hours from big cities (Lake County). Second, we appreciate that climbing under houses is difficult work – particularly 1961 houses with very stingy crawl spaces. In our case, RamJack installed 3 helical piles due to adobe clay soil throughout our neighborhood (which causes seasonal expansion and contraction that is tough to address). They also installed a few extra support jacks and a support beam under the middle of our house. The initial crew was led by Michael, who listened, measured, and communicated thoroughly, and the guys did a great job.

Turned out that middle support beam failed and required a replacement. RamJack coordinated that with us and didn’t argue about it or try to avoid it. It took a few months due to our more remote location, but they just came out and got it done. This crew also did an outstanding job. They listened to our questions, measured carefully, weighed options, and were mindful in their work. They did replace the failed beam, and also adjusted the other support jacks they’d added the first time and even added an extra bit from the old support beam to try stabilizing the area as well.

We will see how things settle in the coming dry season, and may end up adding a few more helical piles if needed. One thing we have learned is that unless we put the entire house on helical piles, we may still have some cracks in drywall seasonally, but things shouldn’t move to the same degree they were moving before. In our case, it is unlikely that things will be perfect cosmetically. But the house is safe and stable. We can actually feel the difference walking down the hall, and we are now adjusting some doors accordingly.

We would highly recommend RamJack if you need foundation work, or think you might. This is a specialized subject that requires knowledgeable people with experience, and they have those people. Everyone we have dealt with has been helpful, professional, and pleasant.

I can't thank Ram Jack enough and in particular, BK. I have been having issues with water leaking into the foundation of my garage for quite some time. I had multiple contractors come out to assess the situation and each gave me a different explanation for the problem and potential solution. It was not until I called Ram Jack and spoke with BK that I received a definitive answer as to the source of the problem and the correct way to fix the problem. In the future, when dealing with foundation issues I highly recommend starting with Ram Jack as they were by far the most knowledgeable and straightforward in diagnosing the problem and fixing it.

I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and the experience in which The entire crew at Ram-Jack gave to My sinking 16 foot bridge over my pond. BK showed complete knowledge of what had to be done and I felt confident from the start, that I was in good hands. Danny and his crew came out and basically performed a dance to get the equipment back in my yard. The crew knew exactly what to do. And, When the pilings were finished they put it completely back together. I could not be happier, knowing that I will not have another issue with my Bridge. I normally do not post reviews, but after my interactions with Ram Jack I knew I had to say something.

From the moment I called Ram Jack in early October, I met with the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendly people to help me with my foundation problem. When I spoke with them, they made me feel that they would be able to fix my issues, no problem. I also never felt pressured to use them as a company, they only wanted to provide me with information.

When I met James, to do the initial walk through, he was professional and funny. He was realistic about expectations and provided so much information about our issues, the company, and what exactly they would do. He showed us step by step how exactly they were going to fix the issue and what else needed to be done.

Javier was a great foreman, every morning at 7AM he would speak with me about what was going on that day and then would walk the property with my husband as I ran off to work. We always felt confident about what was going on and the fact they only took three days to do the work is amazing!

The true hero of the day was the General Manager BK Ammenwerth, not only did he call me with weekly updates just to give me an understanding where they were, what the status of the permits were, who would be coming to the house, what was going to be done, what time table I should be looking at, etc., but he went out of his way to respond to me outside of normal business hours. The shining moment though was last night when I had a water leak outside of the house right where the foundation work was done. I called BK in a panic, and he was able to respond and even though plumbing work was not something Ram Jack normally does, he had his crew go out and fix the issue immediately. BK was able to calm my already shattered nerves and his immediate response made me love working with Ram Jack more!

I have already started recommending Ram Jack to my neighbors and friends in our area. Not only for their amazing work but their customer service is above and beyond what someone would expect from anyone.

NorCal Ram-Jack saved our bacon on our new home in Chico, CA. The addition (ADU) on the back of our garage had sunk up to 7 inches and the building had a severe slope to it. It looked like a mini- tower of Pisa. The boys from Ram Jack made quick work of it by digging holes at precise locations around the foundation and using hydraulic jacks to push piers down to stable bedrock. They successfully lifted the unit the full 7" to level again and attached the bracket supports to the piers. There was a slight change order due to a cracking/unstable foundation, but despite the challenges, they succeeded. I couldn't be happier with the service and the dedication of the crew. And on top of all that, they offer a lifetime warranty for the stability of the repair. I would definitely use them again if needed in the future.

Servpro was great from Henry who contacted me all the way to the service techs that came out Maria, Fernando, Jason and Bryan, very professional and clean they organized my garage and cleaned up everything after they were done cutting out wet Sheetrock! I would recommend them to anyone that needs their kind of service! Very glad I used them for my mitigation work, thank you everyone that was named above for excellent service!!
