Appointment was set at 100. I called at 1:15. Was told technician should be there by 2:00 and that I'd get a call to confirm. No call came. Technician arrived at 2:45. Told him no thanks.

I was very happy with ServPro. The crew was very efficient and courteous. They left my house neat and very clean including my garage.
the bathrooms and kitchen were cleaner than they have ever been.
