I don't believe that these individuals are less expensive in their services, but my priority was not solely based on cost. I required a job of good quality that I wouldn't regret, and I have since hired them several times with satisfactory results.

I highly recommend KGA Construction! Gennadiy installed a patio cover in our home in Curtis Park this week. We have a beautiful yard and wanted the patio cover to serve both an aesthetic and practical function. It exceeded our expectations. He did everything well:

1. Performed the work agreed on.
2. When issues arose he explained options and costs simply.
3. Made great recommendations that enhanced the project.
4. Showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards.

I got several quotes on patio covers and KGA was among the lowest with good reviews. I spoke with Gennadiy who gave me detailed requirements our county would require and explained them in a way I was able to grasp and understand without mansplaining. Once I paid the deposit and they were able to order materials, I was put in the schedule immediately. Luckily for me we were past the busy season. The installation team was friendly, and they cleaned up their mess when they were done. All in all I am very happy with the results.

KGA construction is the best. I got 4 bids from contractors. Mr. Korolev from KGA had the best plan and advice of the companies at the lowest price. He quickly had building permits pulled from city of Davis , which is difficult. Was very efficient. Whole job was completed in 3 days. Worksite cleaned up perfectly. Fantastic job. All electrical with integration to pre existing lights and a new fan work perfectly. Everyone who sees my new patio cover is impressed. Thanks for a great job!

KGA came to the rescue! After waiting 6 months for family to find time to assemble a garden shed, I found KGA on Yelp. He was prompt in his replies & we agreed on a start date. They arrived as promised, kept things tidy & cleaned up when finished for the day. Within a day & a half, my shed was built & ready for paint. I was so pleased with their work, I had them do the painting also. I highly recommend KGA and look forward to working with them again on a few more projects!
