I was very happy with the service from Servepro. Jordan, Orlando & Ae helped me through a plumbing nightmare! Servpro provided the fans & dehumidifiers to dry my kitchen out. Also, they worked with my insurance so I didn’t have to pay upfront.

ServPro of North Highlands has amazing service. We came home late afternoon to a flooded house due to a broken line on the ice maker and called ServPro immediately. They were here within the hour and stayed until 9:00 at night to clean up all the water. They were back on Saturday to put in a fans/dehumidifiers and start clean up. Their professionalism, kindness and hard work was a welcome relief after the incident in our home.

First of all they were very professional. During the Covid-19 outbreak I was very concerned about who was entering my home but they were cautious and mindful of my health. They responded very quickly to my situation and got it cleaned up very fast. The quality of their work was excellent. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family if they needed this type of service.

Troy and his team came to the rescue. We had a leak under our dishwasher and flooring. He let me know when he was on the way, came in with masks on. He explained everything and what the next steps were, I was surprised to find out he was the owner, typically I get the "salesy" vibe, but I thought he was just the head tech. Even one of the office girls ran out an extra piece of equipment! My husband was stressed out which makes me stressed out, so we both have peace of mind now that the giant fan (I can't remember the name) and air scrubber are hard at work.

my condo was flooded by the people upstairs. We came across Serpro from a google search. I am so thankful we got Troy. Troy and his team are very professional and communication has been excellent! Troy has answered text and calls in a timly manner and always takes time to answer all my questions. I feel like he has been at our side through this entire process. I would highly recommend him to any of my family and friends.

Nick Bittle and Ae Sancheo are the absolute best for water mitigation. My heroes after a burst pipe between floors. Nick was incredibly detail oriented and was more thorough than just about anybody I have ever met. I was incredibly stressed that my backsplash and granite in the kitchen would have to be removed. Nick and Ae came up with a creative way to leave most of my kitchen intact while still drying the interior of the walls to prevent mold. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I feel incredibly lucky to have gotten to know them and watch their amazing work and expertise.

I am now onto the repair phase with the same company. I am praying that it does not take too long get the process started to reinstall my home to its original condition: including repairs to the drywall, cabinets, toilet, and related repairs. At the moment I have holes in the walls from kitchen to garage and kitchen ceiling - keeping the house pretty hot on warm Sacramento days. I will provide an update once that process is started with my experience. So far nothing but great things to say about this company and their employees.

Never actually had to use their service because Troy sent two technicians out to assess my situation. They suggested I give it a few days to see if it would dry on its own under my house. They came back out and confirmed all dry. All without any charge. He could easily have gotten me for a few thousand but his honesty is what has me as a customer for life. I will recommend ServPro NH to anyone who will listen.

Our upstairs bathroom toilet overflowed for an extended time, flooding the downstairs bathroom, laundry room and adjacent areas. Troy and his staff came to our rescue and have done an outstanding job guiding us through the restoration and alleviating the stress of the entire process. It has been a pleasure to work with every team member we have encountered: Troy, Jasmine, Antonio, Miguel, Felix, and Alex!

On August 8, 2023, our garage caught fire and everything inside it was lost. Troy Voss, his staff, and his sub-contractors were kind, competent, and completely honest in their restoration work. They never caused a delay, they always responded quickly, and they followed up on every detail until the job was done. And most importantly they cared at a time when care was really needed. Three cheers for this highly professional service!

We had a wax ring bust on a toilet and needed a mitigation company to remove and assess the damage before our insurance would approve coverage. Arturo and his team Terron and Edmond worked quickly and answered all our questions promptly and honestly. When a complication arose with billing from insurance, Arturo was responsive and personally made sure our adjustors was clear on the facts of the scope of work leading to a positive outcome. I would recommend Servpro for mitigation work.

I enjoyed working with Servpro of North Highlands/Rio Linda after I had a pipe under my kitchen sink break. They really take care of the customer. Ae and Richard came out to prep the house (pulling flooring and insulation) for drying and were very friendly and respectful of my home. The owner of the business Troy and several of the office staff came out to check on the progress and make sure I felt like I was being taken care of. I appreciate the personal touch received from this local business.

Excellent service from SERVPRO of North Highlands/Rio Linda... They (SERV PRO) were prompt returning calls and texts, the estimates were spot on( no hidden fees) Very professional staff as well as personable, thank you, Arturo, you are the best! I would use this company again, if needed, in a heartbeat! I will note, before closing, that I did pay a 3 percent on-line payment service fee to pay the invoice on line, but in my experience over the years, this is a standard additional fee for many companies , especially local smaller businesses. The fee was small and I still had the option to pay by personal check or cash. Everything was explained to me before I made the choice that worked for me. Arturo and Troy are true professionals Theyresponded immediately and were very helpful.v My water damaged was minimal due to their quick action and high powered equipment. My calls were promptly responded to. They came out daily to make sure the drying out was going well. You are in excellent hands with this company- they take pride in their work.

Servpro recently performed mold remediation work on my kitchen and entry way due to my refrigerator’s waterline leak. The effort, led by restoration specialist, Arturo, quickly set up a temporary containment structure in the affected areas (see photos), removed the damaged kitchen flooring/baseboards and an entryway drywall section, and eliminated mold near the refrigerator and entryway drywall. He also coordinated the post-mold mitigation air quality testing with a third-party site surveillance technician. Finally, Arturo set up and took down the large air mover and drying equipment and cleaned up the hazardous material. I appreciate Servpro’s experience and thorough, efficient processes, along with Arturo’s professionalism, so I could use my kitchen safely again. I highly recommend Servpro’s restoration services.
