    If you're going to home depot to have a water heater installed through the contractor Delta, don't do it. They installed the new water heater and the same day it broke down and a tech had to come out and relight it. The next day it broke down again. It's been about a week now and we've had no hot water, and the techs aren't getting the job done on time or as promised. I'd definitely recommend paying extra money to a company that will do this right. Unfortunately Home Depot and Delta are not the way to go.

    Alex helped me at checkout and he was the most polite employee I've ever interacted with at a Home Depot. Hire this man to train employees in customer interactions. He'll be worth it. The crazy thing was that all he did was, spoke directly to me, smile, and ask me about what I was working on. We then had a brief discussion about how he sets his mind right before coming into work and that was when I realized this guy wasn't messing around.
