Awesome job at a VERY reasonable price.

I am so happy with Daniel Martinez of Homeland Electric Inc. He came out the same day and saved me from making one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I have had a service contract with a big local company for the last 6 years for maintenance on all my electrical, ac/heat, and plumbing, but every time I call for any service they always find something else wrong and wind-up selling me something else. Recently they told me I needed to replace my whole electrical box saying that it was overheating and it was going to cost $5670 after discounts for the least expensive one. I was referred by my wonderful Chiropractor Dr. Rick to get a second opinion with Daniel and I am so glad I asked for this referral. Daniel came out and inspected everything and said that eventually I would need to replace my electrical box, but not an emergency as I was told and that he didn't see any of the issues that the big company was saying. SO HAPPY I GOT A SECOND OPINION AND DANIEL WAS AVAILABLE TO HELP ME OUT THE SAME DAY. Thank you Daniel for everything and taking the time to explain everything to me.

I had a good experience with Homeland as far as my call goes, it was late at night and they were the only ones to come out.
Unfortunately my problem was on the Edison side, so I had to wait for Edison. But I highly appreciate the technician Francisco who reached out the next morning to make sure if we were good.

Contacted Frank and he was very nice! Made me feel comfortable doing business with him. He was super responsive, on time and really went above and beyond to help me out with my issue. I would recommend his services!!!

I was right in trusting all of Daniel's great reviews, he's extremely honest and skilled. I had installation of new power points including additional circuits, ceiling fans and circuit board alterations. Daniel kept me informed of all the works being carried out.

What can I say but WOW! We needed a new power pull for a triple freezer in our kitchen so we contacted several local electricians for a quote. Homeland Electric got back to us quickly and with an estimate 1/3 the cost of the 2 other quotes. They came out the very next morning, installed the new drop and emailed me an invoice promptly. Everything was done with excellence and professionalism. It's been awhile since I've received good old fashioned customer service like this and due to their reasonable prices and great follow through, they've earned a customer for life. I highly recommend Homeland Electric for all your home and commercial electrical needs. Call around and then compare, you'll be shocked at the price difference. Frank and his team are top notch.

I contacted homeland after visiting their website to obtain a quote on our kitchen ceiling lights that needed to be replaced because of faulty wiring and the service was outstanding from start to finish. They drove out to our location and gave us a detailed price which I loved. It was very comforting to know EXACTLY what I was paying for and not to mention how reasonably priced they are. My husband and I could not be any happier I would definitely recommend.

There were several power outage in my neighborhood today. The City Utilities arrived after 6pm and determined that the main breaker was defective. I called Homeland Electric and Daniel came after hours, replaced the breakers. Daniel was efficient and polite. We were so grateful to have this repair done and avoid losing tamales in the freezer!

I had a really good experience. Alvaro was on time & worked very efficiently. He explained things in ways that were easy to understand. He was very friendly and was able to get the job done. My ceiling fan was not turning on and he was able to fix it.

I called Homeland Electric for an emergency panel repair and they came right out and a fantastic job. I definitely put them in my Favorite contact list and would definitely call them again. If you needing any type of electrical needs I would recommend you calling Homeland Electric.

I have service call today and no body show up no call from the company to let me know I call then no one answering phones this company was very good company on 2007 company was run by old owner that's the reason I did bussiness with them

Terrible customer service. I had a scheduled appointment and when that day came no one showed or called. I had to call them and they gave me an excuse as to why the tech didn't show but no explanation as to why I didn't receive a call to let me know he wasn't going to show. TAKING MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I have used the solar heating specialists at warm pools for the past 3 years. They installed a solar pool heater for my pool and do yearly maintenance on it. They are wonderful people to work with. Kudos to the solar heating specialist's at warm pools

System was installed over 5 years ago. Had a leak EVERY year since then. The first couple they fixed free. After that they started charging to repair their own shoddy work. This year, it stopped working altogether. I'll call someone else to fix it!!

The solar pool heating system in my rental house was installed by Solar Heating Specialist, INC many years ago. I am not the original purchaser. Recently my tenant found leak from the pipe of the solar heating system from the roof, my tenant called them on behalf of me and got this back to me: "they said If the company put in solar system for you their charges are: $95 for coming down and easy fixes included in that, if the pipes are leaking then he will charge additional $10-30 for pipes replacement. If it is something more serious you would be looking into $200-$300 in repairs. But we will not know until somebody comes down here. I called them in person and one of their staff told me not to worry about that $200-300, it is very likely just the pipe leak and the charge would be only $95 plus some parts about $10-30, so I authorized my tenant to have them come over to fix the leak, they did not show up on the first scheduled day, they said "they forgot", they came on the rescheduled day, that was a Monday, they did something(my tenant told me) and charged $95, two days later, Wednesday, my tenant found leak again from the same place of the roof, called them again and one of their guy came again, this guy said the first guy (from their company) did nothing. This guy found some more problem, the mounting brackets on the roof that hold the unit in place is deteriorating, and that the weight is causing the entire unit to slowly slide off the roof, I asked my tenant to ask them to fix the leak they did not fix well first, but my tenant told me, "Unfortunately fixing will be done after they make estimate and agree with you on price." All these happened last Monday, and today is Saturday, almost one week had past, I have not gotten any estimate from this company yet. Below is the impression this company gave me: (1) They forgot their client' appointment, I guess the course, they think it is just a small case, too little money to make for them; (2) After the they "fixed" the leak, the leak is still there; (3)They did not finish repairing the leak, but wanted me to agree with their price for another issue first before completing their work which they have charged. After you have read this story do you still want to use this company?

Mike Kendrena did a fantastic job in presenting what Semper Solaris can offer above and beyond their competitors. He came on time to our appointment, very professional, polite, & courteous as he answered all of my questions about Semper Solaris solar panels, their services, and warranties. The price estimate was very competitive, but the difference was the customer service they provide, quality work in writing, and that they make me feel they care for their customers.

When I placed a call to Semper Solaris I immediately received a phone call back from Kurt to set up an appt. I was impressed by how timely the return call was. After meeting with him, I was convinced this was the company I was going to use for my new solar panels. The benefits of going solar are well worth the investment. The discount for the tax credit was very helpful too. We looked into the Hero program but in the end decided to use another option for financing. The installation process was pretty quick and I am looking for to the savings. Great job!
