Semper Solaris has been my Solar and AC provider for many years. They have been amazing in servicing all my solar and AC needs. They’re very responsive and always show up on time.

From start to finish, the best service I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing! We had solar, and a new furnace/air conditioner installed. From the sales rep, the schedulers, to the HVAC and Solar install teams, everyone we interacted with were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Any concerns or questions we had were handled promptly. From the time we signed the contract to the county inspections required to approve the completed work, the time frame was just under two months for everything. The workmanship of each install was completed with not only excellent skill and attention to detail but they each took the time to explain what was happening and what to expect next. As a home owner, I understand the complexities of choosing the "right" company, I am confident when I say hands down we made the right choice!

Very informative and they were very kind and they did a good job on are HVAC portion of our project in the addict but dissatisfied with the air duct on our roof. Not at all what they explained to me and my husband. Not a good look on my roof. We will definitely be discussing this.

I went with Semper Solaris because a friend said they were a reputable company and cared about their customers. My consultant Bernie T was great from the start. He taught me everything I needed to know about solar panel quality and Net metering. The installers were polite and cleaned up after themselves. The job was installed in a timely manner and I am overall very happy with my decision to go with Semper Solaris. Call them and ask for Bernie. He will treat you honestly and respectfully

Semper Solaris is an outstanding company they scaled my system to cover my electric bill, placed panels where I wanted them and have been quick to address all of my concerns and questions. They definitely earn their better business bureau AAA rating

Alberto spent hours doing the most thorough maintenance possible on our HVAC system. He was extremely capable, professional, and personable. The system runs perfectly. I am so pleased with Alberto’s work that I’ll be requesting him every time I get maintenance from Semper Solaris.

Team Inland Empire provided excellent customer service very punctual, professional and dependable they did a wonderful job installing my solar panels and they follow up with maintenance which I appreciate very much. They also did a great job doing a tune up for my air conditioner. I would definitely recommend Semper Solaris to anyone considering Solar System.

We have had our solar panels on our house since 2014. Semper Solaris has been great every time we have had questions. Today, Angie C helped us through the process of reconnecting our solar system to a new Wi-Fi. We got through it in about 10 minutes. Angie was great! We have referred friends and they have also been very happy with this company.

I am extremely happy with the service that I received from Semper Solaris. There are a few reprensatives that stand out for outstanding customer service, and exceptional technical support and/or site visit or telephone technical support.

1. Stephanie - Manager: she always makes sure that I am connected to the right person to take care of my needs with any solar issues that I experience.

2. David F.: He is truly amazing! He goes far and beyond his scope of work to make sure that his customers' needs are met and exceeds expectations!!. He has impeccable follow-thru skills. He trouble-shooted several issues with my solar problem over the phone., including issues with the Telsa app. He made several follow up calls to make sure my problem was resolved before he closed out the service request. You need many more employees like David. You are truly blessed to have such a dedicated employee.

3. Alex B.: I have had the pleasure of working with Alex on a couple occasions. The first time he came out to my home was to troubleshoot an electrical problem in one of my bedrooms. He did an amazing job and was determined to figure out the problem and fix it. He us very detailed oriented and has amazing customer service skills.

The second time he came to my house was on July 16, 2025. He was sent out figure out why the solar panels were not working right consistently and recording the energy generated to the powerwall, house and grid. He replaced a part inside of the breaker box and drilled a whole so that he could move the antenna from inside the breaker box close to the solar equipment. He also goes out of his way to make sure that he exceeds his customers' expectations!

Overall, I am very pleased with the service that I have received from Semper Solaris!! KUDOS to you all for a job well done and your impeccable customer service skills!!

For my fellow Realtors out there helping out your clients get roof repair quotes prior to close of escrow, look elsewhere. Company does not provide quotes during escrow. I will say if you did close escrow they will give you a free quote.

Destroyed my father's roof 6 months before he passed away. Did absolutely nothing to fix the multiple issues they caused

-system is now useless and they have not done anything. To solve this issue. These are just the facts, do not make the same mistake my Dad did going with a company that knows nothing except to slap panels down and ghost people.

Josh was excellent. Very patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend getting him involved with troubleshooting as often as you guys can. Very happy he was assigned to our case as it was very frustrating with other (non semper Solaris) techs I spoke to.
