I highly recommend NEXGEN as they were top notch in every aspect. I was quickly scheduled for a walk though with Zach as we discussed an entire HVAC replacement to replace the original (27 years old) that came with the house. Zach was on time, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He gave me options and explained the pros/cons of each. He sent Gustavo to my house the following day to ensure that the install I requested, could be performed. After Gustavo's walk through, we scheduled the install which was predicted to take 3 days. Gustavo's team was amazing! 3 days later, install complete. I was given a tour of the entire system to allow a self inspection. Gustavo handed me all of the installation/operator's manuals and went over them in detail. Final step was pairing my phone with the Ecobee thermostats that were also installed...took about 5 minutes. System performed flawlessly and I can't even describe how much better this system is than the old system (but based on age...I'm sure you get my point). Zach checked in with me regularly during the install to ensure things were going smoothly. Once complete, Zach scheduled his final walk though and debrief. NEXGEN hit it out of the park!!!!

$3100 was spendy but we had family of 5 arriving as they finished, we basically asked for a comfort height and got a handicap. The guys (Juan and?) Were very professional snd knowledgeable.

Had an issue with my HVAC system and Felipe Tadeo was fantastic from start to finish. He was honest, transparent, and clearly explained every step of the process. Unlike other experiences I’ve had, he took the time to diagnose the problem accurately and didn’t push unnecessary repairs. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy in this industry — highly recommend him to anyone needing reliable and skilled service!

We had a five year old brand new heater and had to have it repaired for $1300 dollars. We feel $1300 after five years was steep. Parts were warranted but not labor.

It’s not every day you have the pleasure of meeting honestly, good people , very impressed with the workmanship, their knowledge and their prices , if you’re looking for excellent work Nexgen is an excellent choice . Knowledge, and his workers were amazing. They replace my water heater with a waterless heating tank, same Day .. they were all very respectful, make sure they clean up the place after the left .. at the same time, they have my air conditioner, inspected and found out we had three big holes , ect .. Tim Eagleson and his crew literally saved our lives. We were not aware that our air-conditioning was leaking , carbon monoxide levels , We will forever be grateful for all these young men

We had a leaking water heater (Rannai) of out warranty. NexGen recommended Navien, which is a great product. However, after installation, there is a problem with the cold water. NexGen team (Jose, Issac, Michael) came back to investigate the problem and found one of the shower mixer was broken. I am extremely impressed by the NexGen team who are very responsible and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the NexGen team.

I am very disappointed with the last tech that did our maintenance/tune up. Didn’t call before showing up, uses my equipment (ladder) without asking, very unfriendly as if having a bad day. I’m also frustrated because this system was designed to have a 5 inch filter which hasn’t been replaced in 2 years. Despite telling your techs I need a filter change, they say it’s my problem to order it because you guys never have the part on hand. I liked Nex-gen at first. I’m beginning to wonder. Are you guys just getting too big, or what?

Another great experience with Nexgen. Called Thursday afternoon and Rich came ready to solve our problem Friday morning. He was efficient, knowledgable, and fixed our issue quickly. Love having the service plan where service calls and repairs are free. Thank you, Nexgen for another great job!

I called NexGen when I attempted to change a thermostat, and blew a fuse in the HVAC control panel. Vincent came out the next day, and performed an inspection of the HVAC, finding many problems because of the age of the system. He had most of it fixed the same day, but had to return after a couple of days because he couldn't get the part that he needed on the first day. After the repairs were finished, the HVAC system ran perfectly. I would recommend NexGen and Vincent for all of your HVAC problems.

Nexgen were available when we needed them, informative and very accommodating. They tried a couple different ways to start out loan process for a new ac system. We are happy with our new ac and the payments aren’t ugly or bloated. We will do business with them again and again.

I had two teams visit in two days and all of the Nexgen staff, including schedulers and dispatchers were very nice, professional, and good at their jobs. Considering my needs happened over a holiday week I was impressed with how fast they came out, identified the issue, and returned for the fix asap.

NexGen was the best choice I could’ve made for a new furnace and heater.
I needed a service call (only to find out there was no issue!).
He was here on time and was extremely professional.
Our tech, Lorenzo was a perfect gentleman, respectful and professional.
I would recommend Nexgen to any family member!
They have earned a 10 out of 10 in my book. 👍

Over a year ago I had them do a project for me on installing a tankless water heater and when they did the electrical work they wired everything wrong. I called and got confirmation that they would come back out and fix it and the person they sent out said there was wrong. I had to outsource an electrician to come out and fix what they did and after talking to the project manager and their person that handles the reimbursement I was told they would give it back. As of this day I have yet to receive anything nor an apology for the bad work they did.

Nexgen installed a water softener and reverse osmosis system for our home. The workers were polite and handled the installation with high professionalism. Very pleased and would recommend!

In my experience With RKM, the technicians as well as the staff have been exceptional and very proffessional,also dealing with staff via telephone they al have been very considerate and helpful! I must also point out with you latest dealing with staff regarding filing for rebates, Brittney has in my opinion gone above and beyond to help me out, she definately is a assest to this company, and her help has been greatly appreciated!!

We bought 2 new HVAC systems from them May 2024. New furnaces, everything, one for each level of the house. They did a next day install, but took us 4 months to pass inspection. The system worked great at first. 18 months in and the heater wont stay hot and apparently their "Lifetime Warranty" they list on their website is bogus because we apparently only have a 10 year warranty on parts and only 1 year warranty on labor. So here we are, 18 months after making a very large investment, and we are paying labor for repair costs. We were also told by our sales person that it included a year of maintenance only to find out after that was untrue. Their customer service does not care and won't elevate anything. RUN FAST from this company. They have been good for minor repairs in the past but have pushy technicians (not ALL of them, I would say about half I have dealt with). Thought having a new AC system would be different, but guess I was just another sucker.

It was a pleasure working with Marc V (“Marc”) and his team! We were very impressed with Marc’s insights and service in assisting us in obtaining a new HVAC system for our home. He listened patiently to our needs and our issues with our old system and outlined a plan to purchase and install a new system that would meet our needs. He also pointed out some issues with our pervious duct work and insulation deficiencies which has certainly paid off in saving us money and making our system much more efficient. His experience in the industry helped put us at ease and build confidence with his team and NexGen as they carefully planned each step. He and his team were very attentive with our questions and kept us informed each step of the way. I’d definitely recommend Marc and NexGen services and I look forward to working with Marc in the future!

We had a great experience with the HVAC technician who came out to our home. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain our options clearly. Bill was helpful in providing honest recommendations on the best solutions for our needs. We appreciated the thoroughness and excellent customer service.

Eric was very polite and professional. He walked me through a couple of things I should monitor and offered great advice and recommendations. Definitely satisfied with his service. He's a great asset to the NexGen family and represents your company well, thank you!

Well, unfortunately I have to admit NexGen is a disappointment. Their service and support from the agents to the techs has definitely declined. I would advise to not use this company at this point. I did give good reviews in the past, but it’s clear now that they don’t stand by their word or service. They do not honor their commitment(s), but want the customer to. At this point, I’m steering clear of them for any further service once they complete the job they were suppose to do. Do your research and beware of their lack of integrity. Thanks.

The guy's got here at a perfect time for me. They did the install quickly and most importantly they double checked the work and cleaned up everything. I was very impressed with them and extremely happy with the work they did. I would hire them again without any hesitation. Thank you for an excellent job done!
