Eco Air installed an air conditioner and heater in 2022. The service was awesome. They came out to check the AC unit before summer hits and discovered an issue, which was quickly fixed and was under the warranty. Great company to work with. I highly recommend them! Thank you Eco Air!

I was looking for a HVAC company to install my A/C unit and after browsing quite a few vendors I finally found someone who're (Jaime, Oscar and Francisco) honest, professional, respectful and the price is super affordable. I'm totally speechless about their services what they did and offered me down the road. Trust me, my wife and I are very picky couple (LoL 😆), who're not very easily convinced and satisfy but Eco Air and Heating & Cooling, they made it to earned our trust and business. I'll definitely recommend my colleagues, family members and friends for their services, even you guys!

I called them again (5/8/23) for replacing the Google Nest E thermostat bcuz it's not connecting with my wifi, so the technician Juan M. came/checked and replaced it to the regular thermostat (that I already had it) and advised me very important things that I wasn't aware of it (thank you Juan). Juan said that he'll talk to Oscar (his boss) to get me the Honeywell thermostat due to I paid for Google Nest E thermostat. Hopefully they will take care of it. Stay tuned for the next update.

The Eco Air team did a wonderful job replacing our complete HVAC system. This new system is so quiet that you barely know when it comes on or off. The team explained the new thermostat technology to me so I’m comfortable about how it operates. The guys covered our new floors throughout the installation, cleaned up and took all the trash away. Oscar’s team did everything that he said they would. The whole job done at an amazingly competitive price! Highly recommend Eco Air!!!

The owner Oscar was a professional, and friendly salesperson and did not pressure me into a contract. I mentioned that I needed time to review the proposal, and I would call back after getting 3 different companies to come out. Ultimately my mind was set on Eco Air Company with Oscar.

Installation was amazing! The installers Luis, Franscico, and Allen worked as a great team, arriving 15 minutes early and finished the job the same day.

Oscar (Owner) gave us a good quote and thoroughly explained what was needed/not needed on replacing our old AC unit. Alan and Luis were the techs that did the work and they were great! They removed old AC unit/furnace and installed brand new unit. Very professional, efficient, and clean! Highly recommend them and Eco Air for all HVAC needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Eco Air to replace my entire HVAC system, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Oscar (the owner) was incredibly helpful, transparent, and communicative. He took the time to walk me through the process and answered all of my questions with honesty and professionalism.

A huge shoutout to the install team—Francisco, Jimmy, and Johnny. They showed up right on time at 9am and worked efficiently throughout the day. By the end of the day, my old system was removed and replaced with a brand new heat pump and furnace. They also installed a modern WiFi thermostat, enlarged the air intake vent, and replaced the old vents inside the house with sleek, updated ones. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail was top-notch.

I called Eco Air heating and cooling for my mom who lives in riverside. I was astonished with the customer service they provided. Vanessa was amazing in helping us figure out what our next steps were. Their team responded quickly and were very professional.

Just all around great service!!! Called like 10 companies and by far Eco Air was the Only one that responded immediately and scheduled a next morning appointment on a Sunday to meet our needs. Oscar showed up explained all our options and answered all our questions. We decided to hire them and installed a new A/C unit and furnace. Our installers Fransisco and Jimmy were also great answered all our questions and met our expectations. All their work was great and clean. I will give Eco Air a rating of 10/10. She answered all my questions and scheduled for a tech to come out during a time that was best for me. I very much enjoyed working with Eco-Air. Wonderful service and competitive price. My recommendation is to pre-check with the installers about the SC Edison Summer Discount Plan and Thermostat installation. The installers and inspector were unaware of the meter box Edison installs on the exterior Air Compressor/Conditioner and did not reinstall it, though it may be something Edison has to reinstall. Also the installers replaced my newly upgraded Google Nest Thermostat with the factory provided Thermostat. They reinstalled it on my request with no operational issues. The installers did not have any recommendations on the strengths and weaknesses of the factory thermostat vs. the Nest Thermostat. You can save yourself some time by reviewing theses items with the installers when they arrive.
