One of the best experiences my husband and I have had, when doing rennovations around the house. Oscar was very clear and confident about his team at Eco Air and really sold us right from the beginning. He was not pushy but confident in his company. After interviewing 3 other companies, Eco Air was the clear choice. Not only was the price the best, but we also got everything we wanted (Air Scrubber/thicker Filtration system/high-tech thermostat/variable AC) and all our questions answered. Oscar was also the only sales person who was willing to give us a quote apples to apples for an AC Unit that we had previously considered. When it came to installation, the crew was amazing and once again they too like Oscar were able to answer questions we had and took the time to explain things. Big thanks to Alan, Fransico, Jimmy & Luis - they were a great team and made the vent installations and overall process so seamless and quick. I would highly recommend Eco Air to anyone considering installing AC.

Shoutout to OSCAR and ALAN! For doing an amazing job on updating my 1972 year old house! They did completely new duck work along with new AC/Heating system! They made sure to even out the air flow throughout the house. This was 5 star service and amazing price! The crew was definitely friendly and made sure to clean up after themselves!! I was recently in the market to replace the HVAC system at my home. I got several estimates & chose to use Eco Air for the replacement of HVAC system along with new ducting in the attic. The house is almost 40 yrs old & this was the original system so it was time. Ivan provided me with a fair estimate & never did I feel pressured, talked down to or dismissed as I did with other companies who provided quotes. He answered all my questions & I decided to upgrade to a heat pump system.
On the day of install, the owner of the company, Oscar, stopped by to introduce himself & check in with the install crew. He was very kind & also answered any questions I had.
Francisco, Jimmy, Juan, & Luis did a fantastic job of pulling out the old equipment/ducting & getting the new system w/ducting installed in one day. They were professional, efficient & did a great job. They explained everything they were doing so that I felt comfortable.
I am very happy with the experience I had dealing with everyone at EcoAir. They are very professional & everyone is so kind. I prefer to give my business to a family business that cares about their customers & goes out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. Oscar was great explaining my options for new A/ C and hearing system .I had 4 offers for this job but my choice was Eco Air. I got high efficiency system with the best prices.The removal of the old system and installing the new system was done in clean and professional quality service.

Look I've had a lot done to the house lately but this was the best experience out of all of it. Ivan came to quote me, he showed me what was happening with the old and explained everything. I jumped in and got the whole shebang and I'm really happy. Between Ivan's personal service and Vanessa in the office this has got to be one of the best things I have done. If you want five star service and a company that actually cares about the customer this is your spot. Veteran owned and ran by good people who also saved our country give them a chance to hook you up. Nothing but positive results loved it.

Great customer service and I’m not one to just give 5 stars. The owner himself was the one who stopped by and gave me an estimate. He surprised me with a slim High Efficiency system and Alan, Francisco, Jimmy and Luis did an amazing job on the install. In two days, they completed the job with little inconvenience for my tenants who were living in the house. Thanks guys!

I can't say enough good things about this company! I originally thought I had a ceiling leak, but it turned out the leak was definitely coming from my air conditioning. Oscar came out right away and got to the bottom of the issue. He gave me clear options to either patch things together or invest in one new unit (the problem unit) and he explained everything so well that it was truly a no-brainer to replace. There was no pressure...just options laid out and if I was going to do one, it made more sense to do both! They were 22 years old with lots of previous "band-aids", so I was anticipating this time would come.

They literally took photos and videos of everything going on up in my attic...from the original problem to the end result, and I really appreciated that. As a girl with no clue what's happening up there, it was so reassuring to have visual proof supporting what they were telling me needed to be fixed.

There was no wasting time putting me on the schedule...even with the high demand in this Summer Heat. From start to finish, the process was seamless. The technicians (Francisco and Jimmy) who installed my new system were incredibly professional, respectful, and detail-oriented. When they were done, everything was spotless, neat, and perfectly set up. It honestly looks better than I imagined. Both units were installed in only TWO days!

Drangonfly operates a business of integrity. They showed up 5 min early of the 4 hour window which was a good surprise. They diagnosed the problem in 5 min and went over our options. If you want a quality installer who will not deceive you, and relies on quality and word of mouth satisfaction, give them a try.

This was our second time using this company. First time was for a repair to our air conditioner, second time was to have a new unit installed. I highly recommend using them for any air conditioning needs. They are quick to respond and do an amazing job. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they explain everything they are doing and get the job done in a quick professional manner.

Autumn always provides great customer service! Originally booking us with a 1st available appointment 1 week out, then finding a time to squeeze us in the next day. Austin, the HVAC Tech sent was the best. He quickly identified the problem, investigated to see if our 9 year-old coil was still under warranty (it was) and worked to schedule us for repair. We purchased our Lennox system from them 9 years ago. They still have the same great service & team! Thank you!

Josh, the AC tech from Dragonfly Heating and Cooling, serviced my AC. He was dressed very professionally when I greeted him at my door. Even his shoes were covered to help protect my floors. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable while doing his job. He spent time cleaning my unit and he explained what he was doing when I asked questions. I wouldn't hire anyone else but Dragonfly for my Heating and AC needs.

Called to get annual service and they were able to come out quickly. They had some recommendations to get some more life out of our old unit which we ended doing after the maintenance was performed. Nicholas was our tech and he was very thorough on going over everything he did, what he thinks needs to be done, and I would recommend them. We didn't shop around so I can't comment on cost because most companies I called wouldn't even come out for maintenance unless we were an old client. All Pro Air didn't have that stipulation which was one reason I went with them. I will be using them again when the time comes for our next annual service.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! They will up charge you on everything and are some of the rudest people you will ever meet. Didn’t get the guys name but he was about 4’2 and tried acting like a big man.

This was one of the best experiences we have had. Our older system went out and we called All Pro Air, so glad we did. The technician Justin who came to our house to check the system didn't leave a stone un turned. He gave us information concerning our old system. Explained what was going on with our system that we knew was going out. He was so professional and very very respectful towards our property. He talked to us about a new system, we decided to go with. Being impressed with how knowledgeable Justin was and not giving us the salesman line we figured it might not get any better.

0h we were wrong. The Installers came today Justin and Isaac. Totally professional polite and stocked with knowledge. They were very respectful towards our home...arrived on time and got to work right away. They didn't waste a minute during the installation. They laid down protection on our floors, and covered the clothing in the closet with a plastic drop cloth. Now, I ask a lot of questions and they took time to explain in answering my questions. We have never been happier having working professional installers in our home.

Once they completed the job they made sure everything was explained to us as far as using our new unit. They left the work area clean all old materials were removed and they took time to double check before leaving.

By the way did I say absolutely outstanding. We are extremely happy that we called All Pro Air.
