Love Nexgen from all the A/ C and heater maintenance and cleaning companies we had tried Nexgen had done several Ac ; Heater system cleaning and maintenance and Air duck cleaning for us in Culver City .
As well they did a deep Sytem cleaning when we had smoke and soot due to a neighbor house being burnt and explotion .
They are the best and really professional and knowledgeable.

The whole experience, from initial call to completion, was seamless. The customer service personnel were efficient and professional. Our technician, Tony was very knowledgeable. He provided us with several detailed options to meet our needs. The upgrading of our heating ducts was quick and efficient. After the replacement of the furnace motor, our furnace was operating like new.

I contacted NextGen for a plumbing concern after hearing a constant noise that I initially believed was coming from within the walls. The technician who came to my home was Ben, he was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. After assessing the issue, he explained that the sound was actually coming from the toilet, which made sense once he pointed it out. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the cause clearly.

The repair was completed successfully, and the noise has stopped. The technician was courteous and efficient.

My only concern was the cost relative to the time spent on the repair. The work itself took approximately 10–15 minutes, which made the pricing feel higher than expected for the amount of time required. While the issue was resolved properly, greater transparency regarding pricing for minor repairs would have improved the overall experience.

Overall, the service was effective and professional, and the problem was fixed.

Today I noticed a issue with my hvac and called Nexgen and was so happy a technician was able to come out today. Ethan has been to my home before and as usual he is very knowledgeable and knows his job very well, but also hes kind and very respectful. Not rushing but being very thoural. Every tech that has come to my home has been awesome but Ethan always stands out. I recommend Nexgen for so many reasons, but most important they get the job done properly and with care.

Not sure what they got going on here, but this truck is a beauty. Made my day waking up and seeing this truck!
