Terrible customer service. I hate having to work with this store and if I can ever go to Johnstone supply I do so. The interior of the store looks run down and presents poorly. Avoid this branch if you can.

Great parts warehouse! Always have the hard to find computer boards, relays, and parts we need. The shop is always well organized and clean, staff is professional and friendly, and they get you in and out. If you need a part brought in it is always there when they say it will be. Everyone at the counter is well informed and can easily answer your questions. They care about their customers! Thank you US Air Riverside staff for always being there for your contractors!

Responsive owner, timely and reasonable estimate- , scheduled quick — definitely will use this company. Our technicians Francisco and Luis were prompt, efficient and didn’t leave any mess behind. Hoping for an incredible follow-up care to our syatem.

I was concerned to give 5 stars becasue I want people to trust my rating and when I do research on companies and they have all 5 stars, I become a little suspicious of did they get a perk to give this rating or ? But I can not give less than what is deserved! This company is truly honest, reliable, punctual, professional and fair pricing! They truly deserve the 5 stars I've given. I manage some properties, and after a long process of checking out companies, I fired the one I've worked with for years and started a new relationship with Eco Air Heating & Cooling after a very nice conversation with Oscar, the owner. Although the installation was not without a couple of bumps, which happens sometimes, they were worked out immediately making the new install great. I'm impressed with Oscar's company and his team. I will be happy to work with them again. I can't believe how many flaky companies are out there and how they are quick to gauge pricing and take advantage of people! It really pisses me off, but when I find a company that deserves kudos, I make sure they receive all I can give and let other people know that they are in safe hands. Not to forget to mention that Vanessa, Luis and Juan were the worker bees, and I appreciated the professionalism that was extend to me and my client. Thank you for a pleasant experience! :-)

Vanessa and Chad made sure that I was smiling today because I’ve been in hot humid weather in my house so I really appreciate them getting it done today because I had to deal with us all weekend and I didn’t get to call until yesterday and Vanessa was kind enough to get a tech named Chad over here so I really really appreciate that! please take them out to lunch. They deserve it. They did a great job today and they even followed up after the job was done to make sure I was happy.

My air conditioner had stopped cooling like before, and it was because it was dirty. They arrived, did a super-quick check, and managed to solve the problem. They performed maintenance, and it was now cooling at its best. Highly recommended.

We just had our old 21yr AC & Heating unit replaced in our home by ECO Air this company is awesome. This is my 2nd time using them once for a commercial building now for my home. The initial estimate was done by the owner Oscar his guys did the install. They showed up on time prepped the space in my home in the master bedroom closet to get to the attic lined my floors with drop cloths, covered my clothes, shoes and closet built ins with plastic even covered my bedding. They really went the extra mile to makesure to take care of my home. I really appreciate that. The installation was very neat it looks and works great. These guys were true professionals.

Jonathan and Luis are the best. Jonathan’s a life saver. My ceiling had a leak. I called one of their competitors and was told I needed to replace the entire hvac system at a very high price. A friend asked me if they offered a repair, which they didn’t. I saw an ad for Eco Air. I called and Jonathan came over and assessed my system and said he could repair it. The cost was a fraction of the quote for a replacement. He explained exactly what the job required. He and Luis took care of the problem as it was explained. They were very professional and thorough. And their work is guaranteed. I’m a very happy customer and now ready for summer.
