Our AC died just a few days before vacation, and most companies were 2 weeks out, but Dragonfly had an appointment in 2 days! Austin came out, and even though he didn't have the part, he got it and came the next day, which was on his day off! So we were able to pack for our trip in cool air and have it working for our house sitters. Definitely recommend Dragonfly!

Trevor came out to flush my ac line and do some other work on the compressor. He was very friendly, professional and honest. Prices were fair and I’ve had them do other work a few years ago so I know the quality of the work is good as well. All AC companies do the same thing and charge about the same but the techs are the only difference. That said, I’d continue with these guys because of great techs like Trevor.

Josh came out today to assess our A/C system and the reason it’s not cooling. He really did a great job explaining the issue and the options. I appreciate it. He seemed like a very honest and knowledgeable person.

By chance I knew Dragonfly Heating and Cooling through an electrician. I am very satisfied with their service. I am myself is a skilled worker and I like the work done by real professional job. Our service providers name was Austin, and he was amazing. Kind, honest, to the point and thorough. He answered all of our questions and addressed our home’s issue. The woman who scheduled our appointment was great too, patient, understanding and accommodating. Our air is running beautifully now and we will following up with Austin for our yearly cleaning.

I had my heater inspected and prepared for the winter ahead by Dragonfly HVAC company today. My technician was Austin, he is thorough and knowledgeable. He replaced my filter and cleaned some electrical connections in addition to testing my motors for amperage draw, and my capacitors for variance. In other words, my system is now ready to perform its work to keep my home comfortable and warm.

They are great! They came to our appointment early, put foot cover so he wouldn’t soil my carpet. Took he’s time make sure to pin point problem.
Explain everything in detail and gave me my options. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism I received from Austin. Great job!

My family has trusted Dragonfly for the last 10+ or so years and they haven’t disappointed. A couple years ago they’ve replaced my AC, relocated my water heater and installed a whole house fan. Each time they have come out, they have been professional, informative, helpful and kind. With each estimate I’ve requested, they have been timely and always have provided competitive pricing.

They’re staff from the fabulous gals in the office, to Jeff who led the install, to their owners Sheldon and Barry really set them apart. Such an AMAZING and TRUSTWORTHY group. So so thankful!

I came across this company via Lowe’s and met Josh. Not only was he professional, but he gave my tips on how to keep up with how to maintain my HVAC system.
So I called All Pro again today for a yearly maintenance and Josh came by again.
Josh was very nice and professional.
Great experience.

Had my AC serviced by Josh. Another great experience with him and this company. He is very knowledgeable and personable.

Over the last few years, our experience with All Pro/Dragonfly has been outstanding! This current experience has lived up to the high standards we’ve come to expect from All Pro/ Dragonfly. Our A/C started to go out on Saturday. On Sunday morning we called the main office and left a detailed message. A REAL person, Laurie, called us back within 2-hours, looked up our account and set-up an appointment for Monday morning with Josh, a technician we have worked with before. We got a call around 8:30 am on Monday to say he was on his way and would arrive in about 40 minutes. He rang our doorbell around 9:05 am. Our A/C unit is 17-years old and had given us signs it was wearing out. Josh inspected the unit, got it operating, explained what he had found and detailed our options. He was well informed, answered all our questions and was very patient with us. No high pressure. We decided to go with a new unit. We settled on a price and got an installation date. With the examples of Josh and Laurie, we expect the installation of our new unit will be accomplished with the same attention to detail, integrity and quality we have experienced so far with All Pro/ Dragonfly. We would highly recommend this business with no reservations.

Our AC went out and we knew it was time to upgrade our system (going on 40 years with some interesting HVAC remodeling before we bought the home). Austin the tech came and was the friendliest technical expert we had come to quote our system. The other establishments didn't quite include a resolution to the remodeling and he knew what the solution would be for it. He knew his work, he was communicative with us and his boss about what exactly our package would include, and gave us reasonable options for our replacement. We will be getting our units installed next week and looking forward to some cool air!

Dragonfly heating and cooling (used to be All Pro Air) is a great customer service and quality oriented company. We have used them numerous times to upgrade and maintain our home.

First we used them to install an all house fan in the attic which is extremely useful in the summer months with cooler nights which saves us greatly on our electric bill!

Then we used them to replace our entire ducting in our attic as certain rooms had limited to no airflow and would not cool down. They discovered some crushed ducts and we decided to replace it all. Good price, and even better customer service! When I called the next day saying there was still an imbalance between rooms, they sent one of their install managers who personally tweaked the ducts until it was just as we wanted it.

Third we had our blower motor and wheel fail in an original furnace and decided to replace the furnace and coil (trouble in buying a 40 year home with original parts!). They came and installed professionally and provided us a temporary mobile cooler. The next day, the refrigerant line froze over so after calling they sent someone same day who changed the charge level to ensure we were good to go. A month later, our furnace started rattling even though it was working, and after calling they sent someone next day who then replaced blower wheel, identified issue, and made the configuration more efficient. Yes there have been minor issues, but the customer service is what makes them the top choice in the area. And their prices are honest and competitive.

Their techs are also professional, friendly, and willing to answer all my HVAC questions. In every experience, they provided good service and were courteous to our home and property.

Highly recommend and will use into the future for any HVAC needs we might need.

We had a wonderful experience with All Pro Air. Our first meeting with Trevor was informative and helpful. We chose a new heat pump and air handler as well as new upstairs ducts. We had shopped around and their price was very reasonable. In two days a polite and professional crew installed everything! A crew of 4 (sometimes 5!) all worked together to complete the job. They were friendly and kept our home clean. Chris who managed the project, answered all our questions and concerns. The new system, complete with air scrubber exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend All Pro Air.

Got a concrete patio put in where my condenser units were and Dragon Fly came out to lift my units while the pad was poured. My concrete guy didn’t even realize that was an option. Super friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend these guys.

I appreciates the service done on our heating furnace. Service technician Austin is very knowledgeable, and explained to me the condition of our heating furnace. In addition he walk me through the things to look in our water heater tank in order to avoid major damage to our water heater. Wow! The company has an outstanding reputation to begin with. They completed duct work and replaced water heater in a portion of a day and were professional and informative whilst doing so.
Companies like this that are effective and HONEST are few and far between and I’m so glad we found them!

I've had Dragonfly (formally All Pro)service my house now for over 10 years. Josh our technician is polite, trustworthy, and knows his stuff. He goes above and beyond each time he comes out. The customer service is top notch whenever I speak to someone on the phone. I use to hop from one company to the next until I found these guys. I really can't say enough about how great this company is.
