I highly recommend this company for any air conditioner service. They recently install central air at my house. The did a great job from start to finish.

Not certain what’s happened to Dragron Fly. I had purchased a whole HVAC with the former company that is now Dragronfly and service and experience is no longer the same. This new company just trying to make money off you. In the past they were more thorough, service oriented and overall better experience. Their maintenance fee was once $79.99 and now minimum of $120.

I had them come out in May to service unit. They said it was fixed but once again it didn’t work well. Previous maintenance conducted less than 6 months ago wasn’t thorough. This time Josh did his job, Trevor didn’t last time. I paid $400 to have it service again 4 months later for another +$100. Mind you this NEW entire house HVAC system is only 7 years old. They go on to say that the original equipment not good, the one they sold me.

The best experience with an HVAC company I’ve ever had. Their response time was reliable and quick. I fully trusted Sheldon, he only gave me what I needed, cool air without a huge bill. I will gladly recommend Dragonfly Heating and Cooling in the future. Thanks for saving my day!

Collin came out after hours in the heat to give us a second opinion on our AC unit. I’m sure glad I called them. He was able to give me some peace of mind after a first contractor told me I needed an entire new HVAC system. I would recommend Dragonfly when it comes to your first call. Thank you Collin!

Dragonfly was assigned to us through American Home Shield to fix our a/c. It took AHS 8 weeks (and many phone calls) to deliver the parts needed to do the repair to Dragonfly - 8 weeks of no a/c. To say we were frustrated is an understatement. I spoke to Josh and Steve (?) at Dragonfly multiple times throughout those 8 weeks and they were very helpful and provided great customer service. As soon as the parts came in, my repair was scheduled. Devin and Joe came out and fixed the air conditioning. They were kind and courteous and made sure they answered any questions I had before they left. Excellent customer service from all parties at Dragonfly!

Dustin did a great job diagnosing and fixing my heater, which had a bad connection. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain the issue. He also recommended swapping out the board while we still have time, which I appreciate. Solid service and honest advice—definitely recommend!

I always request Dustin, who has been doing regular annual maintenance on our mini split AC/heating system in our tenant's unit for years since it first had leaking issues. He takes pride in the work he does and takes his time to do a thorough job. Not many companies work on mini splits, so I was happy to find a reliable company I can call when needed. He was also able to flush my water heater as well and make sure everything was running smoothly. Everyone at Dragonfly has been really friendly and I highly recommend this company.

These guys are awesome! Made the whole process of buying a new hvac system nice and easy. All office staff, service techs, and install personnel were very polite and knowledgeable. Things not my first time using them and won’t be my last.

Words can not explain how happy I am with Dragonfly, what they did for me and my business was exceptional. I had a new system installed about 2 years ago and it was not performing correctly. The system was not reaching setpoint, Dustin Ramker work is exceptional. He tuned and cleaned my current system perfectly, it is performing better than when it was brand new! My AC went out on the hottest day of the summer and as we all know that is the busiest day for AC repair. I was worried me and my family would be stuck sweating for at least a week but dragonfly heating and cooling saved me! After calling several companies and being told they didn’t have any open availability Dragonfly was able to send someone out same day and get it fixed and up and running before the end of the day! Reasonable price great customer service. I will never call anyone else again!

I've been using Dragonfly since 2013, they have always gone above and beyond to help me. Today Trevor was out and found an issue with my heater, he was knowledgeable, explained everything and was very patient. I appreciate the service that he gave.

They seemed like they knew what they were doing... Eight months, after receiving service from this company, my system was getting dirtier and dirtier at the vents going out. We live in Norco so we assumed it was simply the need to change our filters more regularly. So instead of every three months we were changing every two or every month. But my kids were getting sick at this point and the vents were disgusting. So I went into the attic to see if maybe a rodent chewed through the main intake duct. Instead I found three holes where dragonfly had drilled into the main boxes, to most likely do tests for the maintenance I had hired them to do that day, and never plugged them back up... This whole time my system has been sucking crap from the attic and putting it into my home, making my kids and I sick and wheezing from the crap it was pulling in.

When I called them about the poor service and what they were planning to do about it. They told me that cause I asked for a quote for possible future service to change out my ducts for something more efficient. They decided to stop all the maintenance I had already asked for that day and not at least finish the service they were there for. I mean did they think I was not going to use my system till I got a quote for a better system. Even still why after not going with the upgrade did they not think to plug up the holes then... Still need my home cooled with my ac till I can see if I can afford to upgrade, right?

Dragonfly was on time and their Service Manager Mike was great. Very knowledgeable, thorough, honest and approachable. He diagnosed the issue with our unit and made all necessary phone calls for warranty onsite with a great deal of transparency. Anyone that needs air conditioning work should give Dragonfly a shot.

And no, no, and no to anyone that may think I am related to anyone at Dragonfly, getting something for my review, or other. We really had our system installed by Sheldon 10 years ago and every time we’ve needed maintenance or repairs, he is our go to person and company. Their pricing is very reasonable for their level of knowledge, experience and expertise in their field. If you want cheap unreliable work, these folks are not it. If you want it done right at a good price, Dragonfly should be at the top of your list. Thank you.
