Tech Andres, was very patient with my questions, he thoroughly answered my questions with a passion for his work that’s so satisfying to witness. Andreas customer service is unmatched.

Tim was awesome. He checked out our equipment and made sure everything worked properly before he left. I appreciated he came out so quickly, had excellent customer service!

Josh was so thorough explaining what is going on with our unit and gave us various options. Thank you for your patience and clarity.

Today’s was Cesar’s turn, plumbing work. He was great at what he did, happy with the results.

The technician, Joser, was excellent! He was very professional, respectful, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything well and made sure the job was done right. I really appreciated his great attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Ivan came out from Sheldon heating and a/c and did my winter maintenance. He was professional and quick doing his job. Very happy work the work done. Been using them for about 25 years.

Josh was great! I heard about Sheldon’s via the LA county fair and opted for a tune up. His inspection was very thorough and even though I need to replace my whole thing, at least I know why and he helped me prevent a fire hazard. Super informative, great service.

Dean T. Was amazing. My mom is in the hospital and her water main was leaking. Dean went to go check out the issue to give a free estimate. Turns out the leak was the city’s responsibility. Dean checked their work and made sure there weren’t anymore leaks, all part of the free estimate! Awesome customer service. Dean went above and beyond.

Our A/C went out in July two years ago and Sheldon's was the first to respond by coming out almost immediately. Unfortunately, the air and heating units had to be replaced. I have no idea how old they were since we had only owned the horse for a year. The technician were very helpful and answered our questions clearly and completely. The cost is commensurate with other companies, and they include two years of twice annual maintenance checks, which they initiated each time at six month intervals. I recommend them highly!

Dean was awesome! Super friendly and did excellent work on replacing a main shut off valve that was leaking, adding in a water line for my fridge and replacing the water supply lines and valves on my water heater.

Tim our technician was terrific! Needed hvac help in an industrial space and he took care of the situation simply and efficiently. Friendly yet professional, he explained options and recommendations so that we were able to make the best choice for our business. Definitely recommend!

The Tech’s at Sheldon did a thorough review and resting of my equipment before giving me a price estimate that beat 2 other companies estimates. They completed the job as promised, everything works great and I’m extremely satisfied!

Very polite and professional employees. Came when they said they would, fully explained what the issues were and what needed to be addressed. Was able to complete job same day. I will use again if (when) another issue occurs.

So very kind and fast during the holidays when we had a leak behind our refrigerator. My husband fixed it, but we wanted a professional opinion. They charged us nothing to come out to verify that it was done correctly so that we could send the invoice that it was repaired to our insurance company. The men that came out were very informative and polite.

Sheldon’s was great! Fifth company I called today and were the only ones able to come out the same day. The technician, Victor, was very nice and knowledgeable and had my AC fixed in less than an hour. Good price too. Very happy with their service overall!

Called out Sheldon heating and Air , came out trouble shoot the problem. Made necessary repair. We have heat tonight. Gave me and inspection of my unit and a honest opinion of the life span and a solution for a new one when needed. Tech very professional and courteous, pleasure working with them.

Joser came out a few days ago, and everything has been working perfectly since. He was on time, respectful, and made sure everything was good before he left. I definitely recommend Sheldon’s they did a great job!

Timothy Ybarra came out from Sheldon’s Plumbing and Heating. Very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Also not pushy. Great guy and a great company. We are getting our job done on Monday. Looking forward to posting again on Monday with better details.

Had an issue with my heater. The company sent out Ivan to check my system. He identified the problem, replaced a switch and got heat again. I turned on a few days later same issue called back and after they checked found a different issue that would cost extra or needed to replace system. I called back was directed to Art the sales mgner. After talking to him had no contact until I called and was called back by Sergio the district mgner. He worked with me and made things happen. Next he and the repair man Ivan came over and fixed whatever issue there was. As of this review the heater has been working. This company really looks after and genuinely cares about its customers. Thank you Sergio and Ivan .

We just had our second yearly service visit with Sheldon’s Heating & Air Conditioning. Ivan did a great job inspecting our unit in the attic and outside. All looked good and he changed out our filter's. Sheldon’s is very respectful of my home.

Had an issue either my thermostat and Timothy came out and fixed the problem. Arrived on time and was quite helpful,
