I called Sheldon's Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing late on a Saturday after my central air conditions stopped working. They dispatched a technician at 6 pm. Edgar L. came to my house and worked hard to fix my problem. He was quick to arrive, friendly, well-groomed and was very consultative. Later that evening, when a problem arose with my thermostat, he went into the attic to diagnose the issue. On Monday, he returned with a Sr. Technician Tim Y. like Edgar, he was an outstanding representative for the company. They quickly identified and fixed the problem with the thermostat. I found their prices to be fair, the work high quality and the know-how of their technicians exceeded my expectations. I would call them back again anytime and would highly recommend them to others seeking with their Heating and A/C issues.

Quick service with just a phone call. We live out of state and have a rental home in Riverside county. A plumbing issue recently appeared and we had to have a local company come check it out. Turned out to be a big job but was done quickly.

OMG!!! No cool air last night and it was 100°. Edgar came out first thing this morning and assessed the problem- frozen pipes!!! He cleaned the coils and set up the fan to help melt the ice from the pipe in the attic. We had to wait for the ice to melt, both outside and inside the house. Also, part of the interior filter had collapsed which caused the air flow to back up- hence the cold air was stuck. Edgar returned a few hours later, the ice melted, he fixed everything and replaced the filter. It’s now working like a dream!!! Edgar is amazing and professional!!! He really knows what he’s doing and he took photos of everything so he could show me the issues as he explained them. And, all this was done on a Saturday!!! That’s why Sheldon’s Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing is the only company I use when I have a problem. I highly recommend this company!!!

I am and have been pleased since September of 2024, when they originally repaired my Central air and heating system. They have come every 6 months since and performed for maintenance. This month Victor came for maintenance and not only did maintenance but took pictures. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Sheldon's.

I do reviews not too often. I needed the ECM motor replaced on the evaporator side. The initial assessment was excellent. Two days later, the installation was done exceptionally well. Overall, everyone from customer service, management and technicians were very professional and courteous. The pricing was reasonable and quality of work was great !
