Within 48 hours of my call after my ancient forced air heater died, Sheldon's staff, Ivan, David and Mario had assessed my needs, installed my new heater and everything works perfectly. They were all polite, informative, skilled and a pleasure to work with.
They did excellent work previously on my son's home installing a new A/C system. I highly recommend them.

We found Sheldons at the LA County Fair. We were planning on replacing our broken furnace with a new heat pump. Sheldons was amoung four contractors we had chosen from the fair and two local Long Beach contractors. After all presentations and due diligence on researching companies we chose Sheldons. Art Hernandez, came out to our house and explained the options available to us. He took his time and discussed the pro and cons of the different systems for us. After his visit he produced a proposal which we found would meet our needs and be in our budget. Before starting the project we did work with the office staff of Regina and Cheyanne. Both ladies were always pleasant and very helpful. Regina was especially helpful in getting all of our government rebate paperwork ready.

Pre-installation foreman Dean came out and basically scoped out the project. He measured, showed placements and explained where things would go, their operation and answered all questions we had.

Installation day. Lead Technician Tim arrived with assistant technician Mario. Tim explained to us what would be accomplished that day and how these units would be fit into our house. Both gentlmen worked hard all day and always had the time to answer questions, which I had many of. Day two came and Lead Technichian Tim arrived with a new partner David. One of the important things to us was that as with any major project, things don't always go as planned and adjustments have to be made. Tim would take the time to explain the problem, the different solutions and give his opinion on what he felt was the best fix. This allowed us input on the change in the original plans and we always knew the progress of the project.

Overall the installation was accomplished as promised with no major issues. All three technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful of our property. They layed runners on the floor, wore covers on their shoes when they came inside. After all was finished they cleaned up both the exterior and interior of the house from all construction debris.

We now have heat again and cooling for the summer in our over 100 year old house. This was a major purchase for us and we could not feel better on our decision to use Sheldons. After all was said and done they provided a great service at a reasonable price with friendly and competent service. Thank you Sheldons!!

After LONG careful research and over 8 different estimate prices from 8 different companies, my husband and I made a final choice to pick this company. My favorite part is HOW this company explained everything very clearly that helped me understand the importance of how much air flow my house sqft would need because of what my home already had that was not enough for AC/Heater to flow the air. I never heard or thought of that before. That kind of transparency and integrity I really needed. Clearly, investing in very new AC and heater is a huge commitment! Had new ac, heater and whole house fan installed this year by your company. Upper unit stopped working. Technician said all the ducts need to be replaced. Surprised and shocked that it was not changed as promised during the initial new installation. Felt like we were deceived. Technician took all morning and matter was not resolved. Now we have to book another appointment and wife has to take off work

Jared did a great job on the heating maintenance. He explained everything and show his work step by step. He did a good job with the job and his recommendations. He recommended some upgrades that needed for the system to run more efficiently. He was respectful during his visit. Five Stars and i would recommend the company to friends and family!

Contacted Year Round for a AC repair. Unfortunately, that wasn’t an option. Our evaporator coil was bad and needed replacing. Being 23 years old we made the decision to replace the whole AC and furnace. Of course nobody likes spending money on these types of costly repairs, but Year Round made it as painless as possible. We were given several options and made the best choice for us. The team arrived the next day right on time and worked efficiently. Very professional and nice. Highly recommend.

My AC unit was acting funny so I gave my trusted crew at Year Round a call. It's always a pleasure to deal with friendly, knowledgeable people and Anneline (I'm sure my spelling is wrong) was a joy to speak with about my issues. She got all my details and had me booked for later in the day. As promised, I got a notification when my tech, Temo, was on the way. Temo arrived on schedule and as promised, a very cordial and profession demeanor. He listened to my details closely, asked questions, and quickly discovered my problem. Temo had my system back up and running like new in no time at all. All I can say is ever since Year Round came into my life, I haven't had to worry about my HVAC system being in the best hands.

Miguel, Sergio, Isaiah were very professional, clean, left my house clean, and very polite. They did a great job. The air scrubber is wonderful.

Our HVAC was running but not cooling properly. There was low air flow and not cooling. We were uncomfortably hot in our little house. We called Year Round Heating and A/C. I found them on a Google search and they had a 5.0 customer rating. When I called, the representative was so professional and helpful. Jared the technician came the first day, assessed the problems, serviced the equipment. There was a part that needed to be ordered and the service technician came the next day and installed. It was total professionalism and great work I received. The manager was awesome and ensured my HVAC system was working perfectly and I felt valued as a customer. My daughter and I are so happy with this company and recommend them to anyone that needs maintenance and/or repair of your cooling and heating system.
