Our air conditioner suddenly quit blower cool air on a hot summer day. Super stressful to find a trustworthy repair shop! I was so blessed to come across RKM Heating and Air. I made the call, everyone I spoke to in the office was very knowledgeable (Taylor/Joanna) they explained everything in great detail with all options and complimented the whole team. They were able to send out a technician the same day. Within a short period of time I received a pre call from Miranda informing me the technician that will be arriving soon. Everyone in the office was so pleasant to speak with and all the girls had wonderful attitudes, I am impressed! When the technician Emmanuel Nieves arrived, he also was amazing, just as the team had promised he would be, again I was impressed. He had great knowledge and a wonderful attitude just as the rest of the team did!! He explained everything to me with great detail and I felt very comfortable with him working on the equipment! He has great knowledge and knew exactly what to do and how to fix the problem! I appreciate all his explanation on what he was doing to get the air conditioner up running again and the level of his knowledge to the repair as well as his great work ethics!! Amazing job Emmanuel, keep up the good work!! It's not very often you come across a great team with amazing work ethics as well as amazing attitudes! I will say this company has it! We have used RKM for awhile now. Most, if not all of their technicians are personable. I have not had a bad experience yet. I would recommend them for so many reasons. And right now I don't have the time to list all those reasons. But try them out for yourself!

Duct Cleaning: Jason and Jesse were a great team, arrived on time, got straight to work, explained the process thoroughly, brought protective coverings for certain areas of the house where my belongings needed it, we’re done swiftly and went above and beyond to address a couple of other additional items are requested. Corresponding with the office was also a positive experience, they addressed all questions to explain the process in advance and were friendly.

Jay came for the first time for my maintenance. I can only give him the highest marks. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make recommendations and EXPLAIN the reasons for the recommendations and what the benefits would be. Could not be happier with the service Jay gave. I am a member of the Comfort Club.

My waterheater totally died.. me and cold showers do not go well together, so it was a scamble to find someone to get out to replace it.. after doing some research and looking at many local companies I decided to contact RKM.. I was told a time frame that someone could come out and Darren arrived right on time.. after taking a look at my waterheater and taking a few measurements, Darren started to give me some options.. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had.. after about 20 min I was already comfortable enough to say let's get this scheduled.. I was contacted by the office and had an appointment the very next morning.. the installers were on time and did a great job.. waterheater is working great.. no cold showers for me.. thanks alot Darren and the Rkm team..

We used RKM Heating & Air Conditioning last year for our a/c repair. They told us then we would need to replace our 24 year old a/c unit in about a year, and they were right. Because of their professionalism and honesty last year, we called them again. From the call to their office help to their technicians, RKM is unmatched.
Zach was helpful in coming out and giving us a bid. He is kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He made sure we understood everything. After checking a few places, we found that Dave and Zach gave a very fair price for our job. The next day, they sent out their technicians, Jesus and Jason. WOW! They were just as amazing! Again, they explained everything they were doing. They were respectful of our property and worked diligently in 101° weather to get the job done. Once they were completed they went through our entire system and explained each step clearly and made sure that we understood what was going on and what needed to be done now and in the future. I HIGHLY recommended RKM for your heating and a/c needs. I truly can't say enough nice things about this company. THANK YOU SO MUCH, RKM! You've made us life long customers!

Just had my winter maintenance done for the furnace. I’ve been using RKM for a few years and they are always reliable. Jay was the technician today and was very prompt. He provided informative data on my unit and was very friendly and courteous.
