Our experience with Scotty at IE Comfort could not have better. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to assess and repair our a/c problem. He didn’t attempt to upsell a new system, but was more concerned with fixing a fixable issue for a reasonable cost. IE Comfort has earned our loyalty. Companies like this are difficult to find and deserve everyone’s support.

Todd and his team really know their AC systems. They did an excellent job on my AC. The office said it's never worked so well. He also fixed my a c flow issue in another suite.

We had a leak somewhere in our system and we paid 1700 for them to try and fix it. We had also paid 179 for them to come twice a yr for cleaning. We could not afford the 12000 for a new ac so we asked for the 179 back and we were told if they refunded the 179 then we loose 10 percent off the 1700 we paid. Really? Definitely not using this company and this was for my dad who is 81. Just wrong all together.

Honest and trustworthy which is rare these days. Knowledge and prompt with our service. Would highly recommend.

Our HVAC system developed a leak and could not be used and it’s summer and hot!. This company responded quickly to find the issue (the leak) from the evaporative cooler. System was old so we opted for a full replacement. They were able to come out the next day and remind be the broken system and install a new efficient system that was up and running that afternoon. The service was great and all very nice friendly people. And so happy for such quick response and service.

We had an issue with our downstairs heater and Todd came the same day. He was prompt, knowledgeable , friendly and reasonable. Right away he knew the issue. He explains everything thoroughly with pictures he took and suggested items that needed attention. He was able to fix all the issues immediately. Highly recommend Todd, he’s honest and reliable and does not try to sell unnecessary products. Will definitely use again when needed.

I can’t say enough about how happy I am to have chosen IE Comfort to install my new heater and air conditioner. Todd is professional, friendly, and skilled. He and his crew completed the job efficiently and quickly. My attic was in need of new insulation as well (it’s an old house). His estimate for all of this was reasonable and much more affordable than the other companies I consulted. I’m grateful for Todd’s commitment to his work as well and look forward to continuing to work with him to service and maintain the equipment. This is a company we are fortunate to have in the Inland Empire.

100 STARS!!! THE BEST!!! STOP SEARCHING, CALL THEM! I really appreciate this company coming out and helping us. Tom came out to our house and diagnosed the short cycling of our condenser unit. And found that it was caused by a clogged drainage line, and float valve cut off switch. And that our secondary drainage line was not hooked up. They fixed the problem in one hour, and that was it, very simple and easy. They didn't try to use scare tactics, and try to convince us that our whole system had to be replaced, Like the last company we dealt with that didn't want to repair anything, but wanted to scare us into $23,000 worth of a full system replacement. Tom and his workers were very knowledgeable and efficient, and just fix the problem and got us back on track, and were very friendly and honest people. I personally would never deal with anyone else again. I was so pleased with their service that I told my neighbor about them and got a card from them as well.

Hands down, Scottie is the best. He explains the issue to you and why it happened, and also what to look out for. IE Comfort is can be depended on and I use them for my personal home and business!

I had my A/C serviced on 09/3/25. This service actually was free because Inland Empire Comfort repaired my A/C a few months ago and they offer a maintenance check with the price. My AC has never worked better! This company is great, and they answer their phone when you call if you need HVAC service. The young gentlemen came to service my unit was so nice and explained everything he was doing. I do apologize but I did forget his name. Nevertheless, he was great!! They show up on time and always early if you are given a timeframe. I highly recommend this company. Thank you again gentleman, you're awesome. Oh, just a sidenote.... Even the receptionist/admin that does the scheduling and follow up calls is super friendly and patient. Thank you to her too!!
