I recently had new air conditioners installed by Inland Empire Comfort, and I'm extremely satisfied with their service!
Todd and the team were friendly and professional from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. I also appreciated the no high pressure sales. I highly recommend them!

Brian showed up right on time for my fall system tuneup. He did a full system check and maintenance, making sure that I'm ready for winter. I'll see him in the spring to make sure I'm good to go for next summer.

I was recommended by my neighbor to call Inland Empire Comfort for my A/C service. Brian showed up for my appointment punctual and professional. He serviced my A/C and did an inspection on my entire HVAC system. He replaced my filter as well. He was awesome and I am definitely going to call them back for my next service!

The service is OK but I still have issues with my AC, the second drain is still came out water, Scotty said that it is not normal.
Scotty worked today to fix the drain but the water still came out.

Absolutely great experience! Honest and trustworthy right from the start. The thing I liked most is that Scotty Bain shared all the details with me while doing the service, and I was around to watch and learn basic upkeep.

They got me in next day, Todd came out and diagnosed the problem on my 25+ year old ac unit and had it fixed up and running again in no time. He was very honest, straight forward and never once tried to sell me something I don’t need.

This company is fantastic! If you have ANY problems with your HVAC system they will take great care of you. Don’t hesitate to call them. They are masters with whole house air conditioning, heating, ductwork, as well as intake and output airflow requirements. Their pricing was reasonable and I definitely got high value for my money. They were also very polite, courteous and clean. If I could give them a higher star rating I would.

Inland Empire Comfort is amazing for any AC maintenance and service. They are quick to respond to any questions, awesome to schedule appointments and their type of work was stunning. They explain everything before and after work is done and in addition they give you personal recommendations for the units. I love that they keep records of the service and email you a copy. They do prefer Cash or Check as payment, but they do take card payments with an additional % fee. I will definitely continue to call them for my yearly AC maintenance and I hope you do too. I used Hush to replace my original air about 12 years ago. At that time I was very satisfied with the product and the installation. I’ve had to call about minor issues only twice in the 12 years I’ve owned the unit. My air went out on a Tuesday, I called on Wednesday and a technician was sent out on Wednesday morning. The problem was identified and repaired in only 20 minutes total. I am very happy with every aspect of this company from my first call to the office to the arrival of Brian the technician. I’ve recommended this company to others including my daughter and son in law.

Great service. Our tech showed up on time, gave our system a thorough inspection and diagnosed the issue and communicated it to us I'm a was that was easy to understand. It was actually an electrical issue and he recommended an electrician he trusted for the work. We appreciated the straight forward and honest evaluation and would call HUSH back if we (hopefully never but inevitably will) need AC work done again.

I had my home air conditioning replaced by Hush Air Heating & Air Conditioning. From the beginning Kim answered the phone very quickly (no phone tag), hold on let me ask this and that person. She was professional and explained the procedure and what to expect. Brian checked my AC and explained the process and the cost. The three installation technicians : Oscar, Henry, Julian put on plastic shoe covers before coming in so as not to dirty my carpet. Then completely covered with plastic sheet the indoor flooring from the front door to the attic stairway where the AC unit was. Both the inside and outside portion of the AC was installed very meticulously and with great care. I am very impressed with this company’s workmanship and prices. I will definitely hire them again for any future HVAC needs.

The service I received from Hush Air was reliable, fast, efficient, affordable, and trustworthy. There have been several instances where I’ve needed my AC and heater fixed. Hush Air has always been there to fix whatever problems I have. I highly recommend Hush Air to anyone in the Inland Empire area. Brian came out twice, once to diagnose and once to repair after ordering the part. This company went above and beyond, showed up exactly when they said and did the job in record time. Sent me texts to let me know they were on the way and showed up promptly. So professional and easy to work with, worked around MY schedule!

I called HUSH, got an immediate response, and was given an appointment within a few days. They sent a text to both me and my husband to keep us updated on the service calls. We received a picture of Brian, the technician, each time. By no fault of Hush Air, it took three visits to fix our two broken heaters. Brian arrived at the earliest of our time slots, which was very convenient. He was friendly and professional, he didn't waste time and got to work immediately. Brian got the job done and we now have heat!
We don't expect an incredible deal, just a fair price and honest work. We feel we got that with Hush Air. I wish all companies worked this way. I highly recommend this company.
