I have been using Hush Air for years. WOULD NOT USE ANYONE ELSE. I get the same technician and that's good because he knows my equipment. They come out every 6 months to do preventive maintenance. I have not had to do any major repairs to my unit and it works great. I got it in 1992. HUSH AIR knows what they're doing and take great care of your heating and AC system. Highly recommend them!!!

Hush Air has been my family's exclusive HVAC company for years, right after we bought our house we upgraded to 2 Trane units and they are still doing great 20 years later! We recently had an issue with our air conditioning system, and Hush Air came to the rescue! From the moment we called, their team was responsive and quickly scheduled an appointment that worked with our schedule.

The technician arrived on time and was incredibly professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our unit, explained what was wrong in terms we could understand, and provided a clear solution. It was clear he had a lot of experience and knew exactly what he was doing.

What really impressed us was the speed and efficiency of the repair. Within a short time, our AC was up and running again, cooling our home perfectly. The technician even took the extra step to check for any other potential issues to prevent future problems, which we greatly appreciated.

I have to say, this was the easiest and most trustworthy interaction I've had with any service provider. I thought the issue with my air conditioner might be something simple. However, I'm always so skeptical about any Heating and Air Conditioning Company coming out. They always want to sell you a new unit, even when you don't need it. They also want to charge you to come out to diagnose your problem. This was NOT the case with Hush Air. I explained my problem over the phone. The person I spoke with actually diagnosed the problem, but sent someone out (FREE OF CHARGE) anyway. I rec'd several reminders leading up to my scheduled appointment. I received a text from Brian, the technician, when he was on his way (which was within a two hour window originally provided). He came in, accessed the problem and went to work. It was fixed in a very reasonable amount of time. He cleaned up after himself. I paid him (also very reasonable), thanked him for his exceptional service and wished him a good rest of his day. I had to call the office and tell them of my exceptional experience. Thank you Hush Air. You will hear from me again.

Great customer service! We were referred to by a friend and we decided to switch from our previous company to Hush Air. So glad we did because, Kash, our Hush Air tech made us aware of issues that we were never told about. The customer service was great from start to finish... from the customer service reps that when I called were friendly and knowledgeable and quick to help me set up an appointment that worked for me, to the tech that explained everything thoroughly and showed us pictures of the issues. Definitely glad we made the switch and now have Hush Air as our heating/ Ac company!

I only use HUSH AIR for my yearly maintenance inspection on my systems. They are very Professional and Kash, (who usually comes to my house each year) is very thorough and answers all my questions before he leaves. I also appreciate the fact that Kash always has "Footies" available when entering my home. It is a small thing, but one I truly appreciate.

My AC shut down on it's own and was working the next day when 3 different techs came to give me estimates. 1st one sent me pictures of the rusty parts inside, said it was dangerous and he didn't know where to start. 2nd one said it's working now and left. Hush came out and said it was running hot due to clogged lines, but not dangerous. He flushed the coils and in the 9 years I've lived in my house, it's never run better. Cycling less often and cooling better in all rooms like never before. Hush has my business for life and I highly recommend them.
